The restaurant is comfortable and the staff were nice. The food however was very disappointing. The mushrooms in the bao buns were obviously dried and they were not properly dehydrated. We ordered two ramens neither of which had hardly any flavor. Even the lo mein we order had no flavor. That is hard to do. I would never eat here again. The price is reasonable but very obvious why.

Food was okay, nothing spectacular. service was definitely poor, did not see the first server to handle our party for 10 minutes after being seated we then waited, 30 minutes for our food. I definitely would not recommend coming in if you are pressed for time or expect to get out in under thirty to forty minutes

Food was great! Was pleasantly surprised to find this gem tucked away in a small strip of stores. Ramen & pho really hit, and their dim sum selection was amazing. Even my kids loved their “chicken nuggets” but weren’t crazy about the lo mein noodles- they were just different than what they’re used to

The spicy dry rub chicken wings were very good. Spicy miso Ramen had flavorless broth. The broth was also extremely hot and continued to cook the l noodles into almost mush.

Never got to try the food, but the service gets 0 stars. We were waiting for 20 minutes to be seated, before we ended up leaving and going elsewhere. The restaurant wasn’t very busy (there were 7 tables with people seated, most of whom had their food already, plus 3 people at the bar, and 3 servers), and there were 7 people waiting to pick up orders or be seated. After about 10 minutes of waiting with 0 acknowledgement, one server came and looked to me to see what I needed, so I gestured to the man who had been waiting before us and said he was first. She took his name for his order pickup and then went to the back. She did not acknowledge any of the other people who were also all waiting in the small area by the door, or turn back to me after she had gotten that man’s name. By the time we left, that man still did not have his order. While we were there, several people finished their meal were waiting over 5 minutes standing at the bar just to pay their check. A few other people were picking up orders that were ready, but they were sitting out of sight on the bar and nobody ever came over to the group of people waiting to see if anyone was picking up those orders. A man sitting at the bar actually took it upon himself to say “is anyone picking up an order for (Name)?” The staff should be embarrassed that a customer was doing their for them. I can understand a long wait when they are swamped/short staffed, but that did not seem to be the case. Even under those circumstances, acknowledging those who are waiting and giving an estimate of a wait is the bare minimum of basic customer service. Another couple who had been waiting also chose to leave. Hopefully the staff here gets it together, because this level of incompetence will not keep them in business long.

Food was very delicious. This was our first time here, we both enjoyed our meals. Would highly recommend spicy miso ramen, tonkatsu ramen, dumplings, and chicken pho. Food was fresh, hot, and large portions. Service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and come back!

This was my first experience with this restaurant. I was treated as soon as I walked in very warmly and kindly. The food was ready and handed to me in a bag securely packaged. All my food was hot and made to order. The chicken Katsu steamed buns were delicious, the buns soft and warm and the chicken crispy and juicy with a yummy sweet glaze. The Spicy Roast beef ramen was a warm spicy broth with deep tones that hit the spot in this cold weather. Definitely a comfort meal. The beef was tender and flavorful with lots of veggies. I would most certainly come back again. The restaurant itself had a cozy welcoming vibe. I can’t wait till my next visit. Thank you!!! 🩷
