Hello everyone I’m not gonna get into details of what I ate. We called it an order 10 minutes before the restaurant closed. Robert took our order. Let us dine in the food was excellent. The service was great genuine I totally recommend this place.

This was my first experience with this restaurant. I was treated as soon as I walked in very warmly and kindly. The food was ready and handed to me in a bag securely packaged. All my food was hot and made to order. The chicken Katsu steamed buns were delicious, the buns soft and warm and the chicken crispy and juicy with a yummy sweet glaze. The Spicy Roast beef ramen was a warm spicy broth with deep tones that hit the spot in this cold weather. Definitely a comfort meal. The beef was tender and flavorful with lots of veggies. I would most certainly come back again. The restaurant itself had a cozy welcoming vibe. I can’t wait till my next visit. Thank you!!! 🩷

My first time going for Pho soup and I loved it. The experience and professionalism was great. I thought I ordered something and I didn’t and instead of having to go back they came and delivered it to my job at Academy DiCapelli in Wallingford, Connecticut, what a wonderful service that was I didn’t have to leave my my students for too long that was wonderful. Thanks again and super delicious.
Walking into the restaurant it was nice. I was greeted and I was talking care of right away. I thought the food was gonna be better but definitely had better. Price was a little high. The taste was not for the price.

This was my first time at Funju. I'd been wanting to try both soup dumplings and real ramen.
We went in at the end of lunch and there were quite a few people in the bar area. We were the only ones for a while in the restaurant area. The restaurant was small, but roomy and airy.
This was my last day in town, we decided to get several things from the menu. I started off with a milk Boba tea with Irish cream. Other items in our meal were Sichuan dumplings, Tokontsu ramen, Chicken katsu buns, Pork buns, Steamed Pork soup dumplings, and Chicken soup dumplings.
I liked that although we got several appetizers, our items came out at different times so that we could enjoy them each individually without getting bogged down with a table full of food. The boba tea with Irish Cream was amazing! The Sichuan dumplings were very good drizzled with chili oil. The buns were fluffy and soft and meat inside was just awesome too. Our soup dumplings came out piping hot in the basket they were steamed in, but were perfect once they cooled down a bit. The dark sauce that came with them was the perfect compliment. The ramen was just as good as I had hoped it would be - and there was enough in the bowl for two meals and I brought it home.
I am glad I finally got to try this place and I would definitely be back! The staff were friendly and attentive and we had a very good lunch.

Stopped in for lunch on the way home from a trip. I ordered the Sichuan dumplings - pork, Sichuan chili oil, cilantro, & scallions. They were delicious! Also ordered the roast beef brisket ramen- beef brisket , bok choy, egg, sichuan peppercorn, scallion & cilantro. This was tasty as well! The restaurant was clean, and the service was okay. I would return.

After having gone here for the past few years with great experiences, This time was just Terrible!! Floors were filthy, tables were sticky. Perhaps a new cook but our food was just awful. My Pineapple Fried Rice was overcooked and crunchy and soaked in oil. Usually served in 1/2 pineapple- Not this time. Our Scallion pancakes were burned and again so oily we pressed them between napkins and then just left them. Vegetable Noodle Soup Bowl which is usually outstanding tasted like the broth was scooped from the kitchen sink. So Very Disappointed. No one Cared.

Great food and service. Ramen was very good; even the meat was hot (compared to other ramen places), noodle doneness was on point. The dumpling was also very tasty and just crunchy from being pan fried. Great lunch. Will be back for more.
