INCREDIBLE! The Detroit style pizza is so different from traditional "New Haven" pizza that it's a welcome change every now and then. Some specialty pies are available, but nothing hits better than a pepperoni with hot honey drizzle. Hubspoke houses other food type restaurants as well- They have burgers, pasta, sandwiches, and BBQ available. It's a great concept that can please every family with picky eaters. Very friendly staff, but the pizza is unlike anything I've ever had.

Decided to try out the Kitchen and Uncle Willies pulled pork sandwich, it did not dissapoint. The server was prompt, efficient ,and very informative. The concept was interesting Wayback Burgers runs the facility and all the kitchens with in staffed by people trained to prepare the different cuisines. Great concept.....

I have been here on several occasions for different food, but tonight's experience made me want to write a review. I placed an order at 2pm today for a Detroit Pizza for delivery between 6pm and 6:15pm, as a quick meal before we had a 6:30pm appointment. At 6:20, I got a notification from Uber stating that my food would be just getting picked up and would arrive around 6:45. I called Hubspoke and asked what was going on and why the food would be so late when the order was placed hours before. From their end, they could tell that the Uber driver was dispatched when the food was prepared but still had yet to arrive to pick up the food and bring it to me. They showed his arrival at Hubspoke to be around 6:45pm. I voiced my concern about getting a pizza that would be more than an hour old and they were very sympathetic and frustrated with the system that apparently continually causes problems for them. They offered to remake my food so that it would be hot and fresh when the Uber driver arrived. The Uber driver texted me when he arrived at Hubspoke to let me know that they were remaking the food and then apparently abandoned the order and we were then notified that another driver had picked up. The order was then delivered without incident. Here is what happened next --- we received a message from Hubspoke stating that they refunded our order in full. Let me be clear --- this was NOT THE FAULT of Hubspoke. They have to rely on Uber and Door Dash to deliver their food and apparently, food is continually late, doesn't show up, arrives cold and other problems because of Uber and Door Dash and yet they took responsibility and the financial hit of refunding me. The pizza was AMAZING as always. But the graciousness of this restaurant to go above and beyond to make a hot pizza and refund my money is spectacular customer service. We will continue to order, but will be picking up our own food until they get their own staff delivery drivers in March. Uber Eats and Door Dash should be ashamed of themselves for causing a situation for which the small business takes the hit financially and from a reputation perspective. Thank you, Hubspoke Kitchen. We will be loyal customers to repay your kindness.

I am a tiny bit reluctant to write a review as this establishment still seems to be under construction and development. I guess I will call this a pre-review! This spot only is for to-go prepared foods...and the choices are extensive. I stopped in to pick up a couple of salads on a weeknight because I was just too tired to make dinner. I chose one which had spinach, apples, bacon, crumbled feta, and an absolutely incredible honey maple dressing. Honestly, the dressing was outstanding! The second salad had spinach, candied, nuts, strawberries, fresh mozzarella, and a white balsamic dressing, which was also very good. The salads were enormous and cost about $11. My only recommendation is that they increase the amount of toppings as the bowl was mostly spinach. The establishment is immaculately clean, though almost sterile in terms of vibe or feel. I'm hoping it will become more welcoming over time. I will definitely come back as I'm eager to try their pulled brisket and their prepared rice bowls.

I just want to say that it is a pleasure to have HSP in my town. The Pizza Detroit style is one of my favorites. Every time I go. I try a new one and I’m never surprised how amazing it is from The pull To the flavors phenomenal I had the pleasure of tasting some of the catering they will begin to offer. I must say I have never had a Caesar salad dressing that was so similar to my mother’s a comfort home away from home. Since finding out about Hubspoke a few weeks ago we’ve have ordered several times. Their food is so good, never once had something we did not like. The customer service is outstanding. . Second to none. If you have not tried them yet, I highly recommend.

We’re , admittedly, quite picky, and we were VERY impressed with Hubspoke Kitchen. Solid food, and particularly impressive given the price point. I would specifically note that the Detroit-style pizzas and clam chowder were standout. I would also note that we ordered the wood-fired wings and I was less than thrilled about those. Having said that, we will DEFINITELY be ordering again - we’re pretty happy with this Wallingford find :)
