My wife and I went to this IHOP and used each of our own individual accounts to redeem our pan coins for curbside pickup. We do know that only 1 pan coin redemption can be made per day per account and also the app does not allow you to redeem 2 pan coin orders in the first place.
When we arrived at the curbside and called the restaurant and told the employee we have 2 different pick up order, they stated one was ready and the other was not. We decided to go inside to pick up instead but the same lady that we spoke with over the phone stated that we cannot get 2 pan coin redeemed orders under the same name. I stated it was not under the same name and she turned the bags to look at the names clearly showing 2 different names and said you cannot redeem it because we have the same last name even though it was 2 different accounts and 2 different pan coin redeemed. She then stated that the owner is there and said it was okay this one time and not do it again.
We went back to our car and called corporate to confirm this policy of not begin able to pick up 2 pan coin redeemed order from 2 separate account but with same last name and the corporate employee stated that was not a thing and that as long as it was different accounts it was fine.
I’m giving 2 stars just because they gave us the food but iHOP, please train your employees on policies.

Was there 11/30/24 830 am. 1st thing sign at the door stop. No public restroom. Ok I get it because panhandle in the area. Service wasn't good. Food was ok. And then we got the ticket walk to the counter to paid while I use the bathroom my man was paying and they gave him an issue about he had to paid at the table bla bla bla. Wasn't going there for over 2 years and I forgot why. Used to be my breakfast spot. I guess for sure won't go back again. We are diabetic ask for unsweetened ice tea they didn't have it neither. Tables guess have some movement meaning unstable instead of removing or fixing it they make stable with a stack of napking the ones in the middle my man didn't let me take a picture.

I added all my order up plus tax and there was an extra 20 dollars on my recipt and when i asked the server why that happened as i had calculated my order, she said she “didnt know” and i asked if her manager would know and she said “probably not no” very unsatisfied and poor service was not accommodating at all 0/10

Absolutely horrible waited about 50 minutes before finally leaving and the awful manager didn't give 2 craps. People that got there 20 minutes later than us got food before me and my 2 kids. Better off going to Rick's on 5. They are 1000% better. HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!
Horrible food. It's been a while since I've been to an IHOP. Food came quickly, but it looked like it had been sitting there. Asked for eggs over medium, and they were not cooked at all. Waitress was very nice, though!

Food had a long blond hair on it... So they took the food and since they remade it the manager on shift today 11/15/24 at 11am told us she couldn't take nothing off the bill. Listen i dont care paying for my food but the way they handle the situation was very unprofessional.. That wasnt our fault that there was hair inside the food and we still had to pay the full price. Necer again!!
I can’t believe the price of eggs these days, but the service was good. The food was hot and I will return here again.
