The most amazing pastries!!! They serve very unique options. Go early, they sell out quickly. Pastrami and swiss croissants, also plain, chocolate, guava and cheese, cinnamon buns, quiche, cookies, and some others. Some are changed from week to week. They aren't inexpensive but so worth every penny.

Always sublimely delicious.
Biggest problem is they sell out and close early! Second biggest problem is they’re only open three days (mornings really) a week. I plan my appointments in Wallingford for Friday mornings so I can stop by the bakery before or after. (It’s not really a problem. I appreciate their dedication to freshness. It’s just a bummer for me!)

This bakery is beyond amazing. They have delicious pastries and assorted baked goods! Really great quality food. They do offer coffee but it’s not the place for specialty lattes/drinks etc if that’s what you’re looking for (you should still stop in though!). I reached out for a custom cake for my son and I was blown away! I gave Chelsea some parameters and we got a yellow cake with apple filling and cinnamon crumb! Delicious. And look at this remote! It looks so real. My son was obsessed and immediately tried to eat it LOL 100% recommend

I’ve never personally been inside this establishment, but am lucky to get a gluten free baked good from them once a week, as everyone at my work is obsessed with this place. Just wanted to note how different, interesting, and delicious the gluten free options are. Gluten free baking can be hit or miss, but everything from here is a hit. Blondies and brownies are often switched up and always so good, the breads stay moist (chai is amazing) and the strawberry donut muffin today absolutely slapped. Thanks for doing what you all do!

We had such a wonderful experience with Kouign Bakery for our wedding cake! From the tasting to the final product, everything was absolutely perfect. The tasting itself was amazing — all the flavors were delicious, and we had such a hard time choosing because everything was so good. In the end, we went with a chocolate almond cake with raspberry and fudge filling, finished with a vanilla bean buttercream — and it was just as incredible on the wedding day as we remembered.
Chelsea was so accommodating and willing to bring our vision to life. She even beautifully placed the fresh flowers from our florist on the cake, and it looked stunning. We’ve saved the top tier and are already looking forward to enjoying it on our one-year anniversary.

Best pastries by a long shot. Creative, unique, and delicious. My fiancé and I love to stop here on Sunday mornings when we can and there are always multiple things we like to try, but we always make sure to grab TWO vegan cinnamon rolls (we refuse to share those with each other😂). Highly recommend!

I showed up at 7, sign on the door said she opened at 8. I stood in line from 7:50- 8:10, Then someone else in line said she changed the hours sign at 7:40.
I value my time over pasteries. Plus, if I can't trust your signage, where does the rest of your credibility shore up?

great pastries, great shop, great people. i think the best thing about this place is that its not boring. this is like cutting edge of new pastry development. if this is you first time going here i give you a 100 percent chance that you haven’t even imagined these combinations. and they taste as good as they sound. considering closer simply so i can kouign and caseus provisions more often. innovative stuff.

This bakery is located in a strip mall so at first glance you might wonder how good it is, but every pastry we tried was amazing. The guava and cheese croissant tasted fantastic and the inside structure of the croissant was perfect.
