The most amazing pastries!!! They serve very unique options. Go early, they sell out quickly. Pastrami and swiss croissants, also plain, chocolate, guava and cheese, cinnamon buns, quiche, cookies, and some others. Some are changed from week to week. They aren't inexpensive but so worth every penny.

Biggest problem is they sell out and close early! Second biggest problem is they’re only open three days (mornings really) a week. I plan my appointments in Wallingford for Friday mornings so I can stop by the bakery before or after. (It’s not really a problem. I appreciate their dedication to freshness. It’s just a bummer for me!)

This bakery is beyond amazing. They have delicious pastries and assorted baked goods! Really great quality food. They do offer coffee but it’s not the place for specialty lattes/drinks etc if that’s what you’re looking for (you should still stop in though!). I reached out for a custom cake for my son and I was blown away! I gave Chelsea some parameters and we got a yellow cake with apple filling and cinnamon crumb! Delicious. And look at this remote!
