wish I could give 0 stars. ridiculously over priced. drove half an hour for their coffee flights we got there around noon and was told they were “out of coffee flights” which I didn’t understand because I saw people with what looked like fresh flights. Then tried to order the bowl that is suppose to have egg, taziki sauce , home fries and some other stuff they were out of home fries to they substituted french fries??? which was such a weird combo then they were out of the taziki sauce and subbed it with a chili aoli not at all what I ordered and was still charged the insane full price. My husband ordered the chicken and pancakes and the chin was cut into the thinnest strips i’ve ever seen and was absolutely a tyson chicken patty cut into strips it was crispy it was soggy and gross. We barely ate. we ordered the coffee buckets which were nearly $15 for mediocre coffee. Paid $100 DOLLARS for three meals two buckets and a small latte!!!!! My jaw nearly hit the floor the food does NOT meet the quality it should be for that price not even close. I have no issue paying for great food as i’ve done often but this was insulting the food they gave us and drinks and the price we paid STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!

Found a beetle in my coffee. :/ They refunded it and gave me a free water, but it just sucks. I literally nearly finished my drink before I saw it floating. It was a big beetle too. I understand if it was accidentally put in, but I feel like ingredients or glasses should at least be given a second glance before being used.
This is my second time here, first time was good. No bugs involved.
This time, food was good. Simple, but the add-ons jazzed up a typical bacon, egg, cheese. Not pictured is a burrito, which person did enjoy, it just had a lot of cheese in it after making food adjustments.

Le Jardin Cafe was such a nice surprise in the heart of downtown Wallingford. Food was excellent, and I loved that we were able to visit Achiq Designs boutique while we were there. Staff were very friendly. Will go again!

Took 15 minutes for two small iced lattes, which were $11 each. ABSURD prices, and they were mediocre at best. the pb&j one was okay at best, and the peaches and cream one literally had no flavor and no sweetness - you would never guess it’s peaches and cream. the first time i tried le jardin was pretty good, but unfortunately after this time i will not be returning.

This place is amazing! It's cozy, chic, and it has a very relaxed atmosphere. The cashier and the cook are an amazing team and they're very professional. This is a place that everyone needs to try and while you're there, treat yourself to the Cherry Blossom latte - it's beyond delicious.
My first time here and definitely won’t be my last! I’m normally not a French toast girly but I was starving today! I ordered their dreamy French toast that was oozing with syrup, fresh fruit and ice cream. I also ordered their matcha drink special! Service was quick and friendly! This will be my go to breakfast place!!

Went for the first time to just have a quiet brunch. It was a pleasant surprise. Food was excellent and very tasty. Atmosphere was restful and very friendly service. I will definitely go back and try more items on their menu. A nice upgrade for Wallingford.😊
