While ordering fries for my family I kindly asked if they could be made fresh. While I looked over I saw the male worker putting in fresh fries. We got our fries before the male worker took it out. We tasted the fries and they were cold. We kindly informed the Hispanic female worker that the fries were cold. She told me that the fries just came out. While she was saying that, the male worker was taking out the fries. She addressed us with an attitude and threw out the fries. We then received our fries and they were really hot compared to the ones we received the first time. She could’ve handled it way better.

A great stop if your in the Wallingford Area.The food is always hot. The Customer service is fantastic. I have been to many McDonald's but this is a must stop destination

I placed an order for a large fry and large chocolate shake no whipped cream. Made sure to let them know my order number and the first girl at the cash taking windows was great. At the second window the guy handed me my fries then 2 minutes later tried to hand me a small shamrock shake with whipped cream. I showed him my phone with my order repeated what it was three times and he almost told the shake machine employee a large shamrock shake instead of my chocolate. Then a second later a lady walked over and asked my order and I repeated it again for her and showed her my phone. She asked if I told them at the speaker my order number which I confirmed I did. They then made me pull forward waiting for a shake. After pulling forward someone came over to me at the third drive thru window they made me pull up to to once again ask me my order. I had repeated it at least 10 times at this point. I was sitting there at the 3rd window for probably another 5 minutes waiting for my shake to come out before they brought it to me. By the time I left there the fries they handed me before the issues with getting me the shake had already gone cold so I couldn't even eat them. Waste of my money and the service was absolutely horrible. Getting a large shake shouldn't be so much trouble The only employee that was good that I interacted with was the girl that was taking the orders in the cash taking window.
