Apparently filling 8 door dash orders is more important than the customers who were standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting. Usually go here once a week but not anymore. No wonder this place never has any customers inside

Walked in at 9pm (I know they close at 10)

You guys should just close at 9 if you have no food left. No sour cream, no chips, no salsa, dude who served me looked like he didn’t shower in 3 weeks.

Puts the rest of the lettuce they had on the burrito and it was all wilted and brown and slimy. You could literally get sick from that. That is food safety concern. I ended up walking out. Definitely will never go back. Management should be ashamed.

Really contemplating reaching out to the department of health. That place should be CLOSED

Hoping this was just an off night. Went there with my son and there was only one employee there at the time with a pretty decent line. Server was good considering but food has fallen off taste wise and size wise. Adobo chicken was bland, brown rice looked aweful and they were missing items at 630? Im sure ill give it a chance again but hope its different considering they have 2 competitors right down the road.

We used to LOVE Moe’s! They totally went downhill. First; the employee seemed bothered even though there weren’t any other customers. Then the lettuce was completely wilted. The chicken was cold, the queso was like water, the chips were stale and it was just so disappointing. They used to be sooo good! My salad was inedible. I don’t foresee this restaurant being here much longer. I should have gone to Chipotle ☹️

Just had a wonderful experience with a person by the name of Chris. Who went above and beyond with his professional service

Walked in and the place was empty with one employee and no guest. I ordered a burrito and a quesadilla. The employee started arguing with me that I was inconsiderate because I see he was alone.

My wife and I went to Moe's for the first time in...years. We used to go to the one in New Haven a couple times a week. We were on a first name basis with the two sisters who owned it, that's how much we went there.

Oh, how the mighty have fallen.

We had stopped going to Moe's a few years ago, and I frankly don't remember why. So I suggested it for lunch today (8/18/25). It will be a long, long, cold day in the firey netherregions before we ever set foot in another Moe's.

First, we walk in...and the floor is sticky. That should have been the first clue to just...walk away. Second, there were just two people working...at lunchtime. And only two guys in front of us in an otherwise empty restaurant.

The real kicker...the pinto beans were not done. They were crunchy. And not even uniformly crunchy. Some were crunchier than others. The guac was insipidly bland and watery. The queso was still good, but some of the chips were actually partially uncooked, some were just grease-filled sponges, and none of them had any salt on them. Oh, and yeah, the Coke machine that is supposed to have a gazillion flavors in it had...exactly 9 flavors, none of them diet. Not 9 different brands, 9 different flavors total. And of the one I had, it tasted like someone increased the dilution to make it stretch farther.

Please, if you need a Mexican fix, go to either #Tacos on Main St or any of the other muy authentica tacquerias within a 5 minute drive.

I would never come here again. It was disgusting all around. The employee had sweat dripping off his beard into the food, and kept wiping his sweat off near the food. They did not even acknowledge our presence for the first 5 minutes we were there. Chips were stale, and the quesadilla we got wasn’t even melted there was all shreds of cheese. I would’ve gotten over the food but the worker dripping literal sweat over our other meal was enough for us not to eat it. Disgusting all around

My burrito was made terribly, folded wrong, barely any meat, way too much rice, just not good in general, you can tell the employees don’t really care.

Dreadful experience. The staff is miserable and it's reflecting on the food quality. Nothing is kept clean. The food at this particular place is disgusting for some reason. The burrito wrap was extremely stale tasting. The employee barely wrapped the burrito itself and did not put it in tin foil. Just threw it in the bag on the chips???
This particular Moe's is 100% terrible all the time.

Haven't been in a while but stopped in for a steak burrito. It was awful. The steak was gray and chewy. No flavor. Tables were dirty. The chips were unbelievably salty. Very disappointing.

I used to like Moe's at least better than chipotle. Now if I want a burrito I go to 🔥 heads . Tastier meat( spices), more grilled vegetables to choose from. Just better.

We'd never tried Moe's before, but we got sucked in by the BOGO offer for National Burrito Day. The first disappointment was that the deal was not that cheap in the end. We took the food home to eat and met our second, bigger disappointment - the food just wasn't good. We had three different kinds of burritos, and none of us enjoyed or finished them. The chips initially felt like a bonus, but the oil was off, so we didn't finish those either. We are usually not picky eaters, but we won't be picking Moe's again.
