I would never come here again. It was disgusting all around. The employee had sweat dripping off his beard into the food, and kept wiping his sweat off near the food. They did not even acknowledge our presence for the first 5 minutes we were there. Chips were stale, and the quesadilla we got wasn’t even melted there was all shreds of cheese. I would’ve gotten over the food but the worker dripping literal sweat over our other meal was enough for us not to eat it. Disgusting all around

Dreadful experience. The staff is miserable and it's reflecting on the food quality. Nothing is kept clean. The food at this particular place is disgusting for some reason. The burrito wrap was extremely stale tasting. The employee barely wrapped the burrito itself and did not put it in tin foil. Just threw it in the bag on the chips??? This particular Moe's is 100% terrible all the time.

Haven't been in a while but stopped in for a steak burrito. It was awful. The steak was gray and chewy. No flavor. Tables were dirty. The chips were unbelievably salty. Very disappointing.

I used to like Moe's at least better than chipotle. Now if I want a burrito I go to 🔥 heads . Tastier meat( spices), more grilled vegetables to choose from. Just better.

We'd never tried Moe's before, but we got sucked in by the BOGO offer for National Burrito Day. The first disappointment was that the deal was not that cheap in the end. We took the food home to eat and met our second, bigger disappointment - the food just wasn't good. We had three different kinds of burritos, and none of us enjoyed or finished them. The chips initially felt like a bonus, but the oil was off, so we didn't finish those either. We are usually not picky eaters, but we won't be picking Moe's again.

We recently visited Moe’s in Wallingford, and it was a fantastic experience! Neri, Thomas, Timothy, and Jaiden were wonderful and friendly workers. They made our delicious burrito bowls with care and attention, ensuring everything was right and to our liking. Their positive energy and dedication to excellent service really stood out. It’s rare to find a team that goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy, and these four certainly did. The place was also very clean! Thanks to Neri, Thomas, Timothy, and Jaiden for making our visit enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Their POS system essentially forces you to put a tip onto your credit card. Doesn't matter how good or bad service is -- unless you want to take extra time and get dirty looks from the cashier, you're tipping them.
Went there for dinner on Friday. Saw they have a 8.5x11 sign detailing all potential food allergens and what foods they would be in, in the food they serve. They also noted where there might be cross-contaminants. Thank you Moe's, more businesses should have this right upfront. Plus their chips are fricken amazing, which they still had some of their spicier salsas though.

The salsa was acidic with tiny bubbles. This was the most horrible experience at A Moe's. Usually buy in Long Island,NY where all our food is fresh. You got exactly 1 level spoon of chicken. Barely any meat to taste and it's was shredded so fine instead of chunks.only plus is that Staff was kind a,courteous and friendly.

My boyfriend went in to grab our food (order in but take out) , he mentioned when we left that the employees seemed to both be quite out of it, as they only charged him for 1 of the 2 meals purchased, but I didn’t think too much of it. About 20 mins after eating tonight, I became VIOLENTLY ill. Every painful, disgusting, stomach bug symptom you can think of , i experienced 10 fold. Absolutely disgusting.
