This store always misses an item or when I went to pick it up, they forgot to make it and don’t put any of the ingredients in my stack. It was rice and cheese that’s it!

4/2 update: they are open! They got all new grilling system. Also my food I got was plenty and got plenty of chips!Just pulled up 3/26/24 and big signs on the doors and windows says "CLOSED" hope not for good...the last few times I went they were low on everything however, was getting such less chips and food than before.

Just overall disappointing. Ordered food for pick up and half the ingredients were missing from each item. I assumed they had run out of certain things but my husband's stack had items I was missing and my burrito had items he was missing. It's like they didn't even read the order when they made our food. Just threw in whatever they felt like. I picked up at the time it said it would be ready and the food was ice cold. No requested sauce was put in the bag. The people were friendly enough when I came in but it just doesn't make up for bad food.

Love the employee's. And the fact that kids eat free on Sundays is such a blessing and we eat here all the time our daughter loves tacos. Kids can pick what they want on there food and that is a plus all the way around.Wheelchair accessibility: It's located on one floor and u can fit a wheelchair at a table.

Ordered through the app. Picked up 6 minutes after the "ready" time, and waited about 20 minutes for them to even start the order. App asks which salsa you want with chips, but no salsa is provided. Have to stop at the salsa bar on the way out. Burrito wasn't wrapped tightly and kept falling apart.

I ordered online for pick-up, and the whole order was messed up, the kids chicken quesadilla was missing the chicken. We ordered 3 tacos which were all supposed to be different but came out all the same, and the burrito was missing the key ingredients. The whole order was just disappointing.

Doesn't matter if you order in the store or delivery, there will be issues. You want sauce with your chips (which they ask you for online orders and show on receipts)? Not gettin it. You ordered more than 1 item? Not gettin the rest.The customer service isn't always bad, and not saying that this happens all the time, but there will be times that are so bad with employees that it far outweighs the good customer service.The photo I've added is from an order that I'm missing 2 other meals entirely and all the salsas, but the item itself is barely filled! It's basically mostly empty tortilla.

If I could leave a zero star review for the Wallingford, CT store I would. The complete incompetence and communication between the staff at the location and the Door Dash crew is unbelievable. At lunch time, they failed to deliver half the order (6) and only deliver (3). For dinner (2) burrito meals were ordered and (1) was delivered. This is 6hrs apart. When we contacted the store we were told they couldn't do anything and it's Door Dash's fault.
