I didn't even know this place existed until my dad's girlfriend brought us there I had my daughter and my nephew and they got tons of candy they had homemade looking great desserts I loved the atmosphere it was a great place and I recommend it to anyone who's around

I was exploring downtown Wallingford, when I walked by this place. Well, it looked way too good to pass up, so I went in! Lots of fun old fashioned candies, etc. But the real goods were at the front; cupcakes and amazing looking desserts! The two girls working there were super sweet and engaging. I ended up getting a razzberry lemon cupcake and the lava cake. The cupcake was light and fluffy with a mild lemon flavor and a razzberry gel/goo (?) that came in a little plastic tube that I pumped into the cupcake when I was ready to consume the cupcake. It was very good. The lava cake; that was amazing! It was huge, so I proceeded to have it over the next 5 days of my stay in Lexington; a little bit each day as it was very rich, dense and divine! I'm glad I don't live here as I might become a regular customer! I'd go back next time I'm in Wallingford!
