I eat nardellis Italian grinder every time I’m in the state visiting family.. every single time! I order it the same way every time. Everything on it , with hot sauce. There was no hot sauce, no classic mix and not enough mayo.. I ate half of a half .. I always order a full . I’ve been going to nardellis for over 30 years! This is the first time at the Wallingford location.. the last one too! I’ll give Waterbury another try .. they have never disappointed like Wallingford.. DO BETTER WALLINGFORD NARDELLIS!

Stopped to get lunch with my wife. Women taking order was extremely rude with a terrible attitude towards my wife. Was about to walk out figured that wouldn't be right since order was in but definitely won't be coming back I'll spend my $30 for 2 sandwiches somewhere else from now on.

I live in MA so I stop at the Wallingford Nardelli’s on my way home from work.
They HAD the best chicken salad ever!!

As always they have changed something, chicken salad was super salty and awful.
Not sure but I think they changed the bread too. Super skimpy with, chicken salad, lettuce, tomato and pickles
So disappointing because I only get to stop here a couple times a year, it was fantastic , guess I need to find a new place.
Too bad for all of us when restaurants change stuff for the worse.

Tried the Meriden Nardelli’s yesterday, thankfully it was great as usual.
I don’t know what the problem is employee or the restaurant itself but I’ll just go to the Meriden restaurant I guess……

Pretty awesome experience every time I go in here. The staff is always smiling. They are attentive, the food is excellent.
Really nice to see how a company can be run. Lots of sandwich shops around. No one else has the staff that makes me want to come back.

It was okay, I bought the plant based, not a fan of the taste but it's not anyone's fault.
The staff was amazing and paid careful attention to all of our needs.
Dietary restrictions: They catered to gluten free and dairy free dietary restrictions. They answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns.

On 5/22, we had a last minute catering order that we were uncertain could be made. Not only was the order able to be prepared but it was with an impressively quick turnaround. I would really like to thank Ernie at this location for providing excellent service.

The sandwiches were off the charts!!!The prices SUCK!! Way 2 expensive!I know prices have gone up….but $17 4 a turkey sub is outrageous…prices need 2 change, cuz their subs r way 2 good!!!!

They have the best sandwiches around no doubt! I usually get lunch once or twice a week from here. Had the chicken cutlet today. Was delicious. Thank you Wallingford Nardellis you never disappoint!

The best grinders in town, I love the Italian combo. I highly recommend trying a grinder and getting a yummy cannoli for the road!

Average to subpar roast beef. Food ratios ruin the sandwich. It basically tasted like a bread and lettuce sub. 75% bread 15% toppings 10% roast
