Ordered online tonight, for a simple bithday meal and the people working must here be illiterate. The grinder I ordered had peppers and cucumbers in it when i specifically asked for no "everything mix" I asked for pickles, but there was no pickles and no honey mustard sauce or onions either other than the ones in the gross raw peppers and cucumber mix. How hard is it to just get Lettuce,tomato,onion and pickles with honey mustard on a chicken cutlet !? Instead my birthday meal was ruined...

Nardelli's was a beacon of light for these hungry travelers. We were rewarded with mouthwatering delicious chicken parm sandwiches. Moist and flavorful chicken breast, luscious sauce that did not overwhelm, tangy melty Provolone cheese on a toothsome roll perfectly sized for the sandwich. I got the kid's size and it was more than enough. My companion got the whole one....it was a lot of food!!!Nardelli's sells lots of prepared Italian salads, cutlets, meats and cheeses. If we are ever this way again, we're going for the cold subs. They look as tempting as our delicious chicken Parm!

This place is great for hot grinders. If you go during typical lunch hours, be prepared to wait a little longer. The pudding cup makes a great dessert. Staff is friendly and listens well to food allergy concerns, etc. There are a few spots to sit indoors, most people seem to come here for take out. This is a local chain with locations also in Meriden and Middletown.

sandwich was so overdressed that when I unwrapped it the bread was falling apart. this was within 15 minutes ov ordering so it wasn't like it sat around for hours. totally unedible. wife's chicken salad was very dry.

Great Italian sub and pastries. The service was absolutely outstanding. I've not been "up North" in a while and was looking for a sub for lunch, came across Nardellis and it did not disappoint.

I purchased a 1/2 eggplant sandwich and all you could taste is brunt bread and eggplant. I couldn’t even eat it. It went into the trash. I call to let them know and all I got was a sorry.

There are plenty of types of grinders that I don't see at other places. I like them with all the extras including hot sauce, and they are usually a little bigger than I needed to eat. Besides the sandwiches, try the salads or the items under the counter. For a single guy who hates to cook, this is a good way to go.
