Best donuts in CT (maybe the country). Quick service and fantastic food at a reasonable price. Typically quite chaotic during busy times, so show up early if that’s not your cup of tea. Always a crazy selection of donuts. Usually plenty of parking. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended
Don’t bother ordering ahead as you still have to wait in the line with people ordering in person. Doesn’t save much if any time. Food is delicious. Service is mediocre at best.

All this for $20, some of the most fresh and soft donuts I've ever had. The frosting was amazing and the filled donuts are filled to the max. The coffee or cinnamon roll was bigger than my and was so fresh and fluffy. I don't know if I could even say I had a favorite, they were all really good. Worth the 2.5 hr drive.

I walked in for a pickup order. Owner shoved past me and a bunch of people. I said excuse me and he looked at me with a dirty look and asked if I was talking to him and then proceeded to say he doesn't need my business because it's packed in there. Absolutely rude I will be posting this everywhere and telling everyone to never go back to neils if the owner has that mentality. If he doesn't need business then I guess he doesn't need business
I am a faithful customer from out of town. I purchase Boston cream donuts everytime. Unfortunately, my recent purchases, the cream filling does not fill the donut like it use to. Please return to filling the entire donuts. Thank you in advance. See you soon

They make some of the best donuts in the state, the staff is friendly and efficient. Their breakfast sandwiches are excellent as well. I recommend them to anyone that asks about donuts. If you want donuts and you are within range, take the time to go to Neils!
