The donuts are amazing! I am a really big fan of their breakfast sandwiches as well. My wife loves their coffee. However, I am not much of a coffee drinker. So, I can not comment much on that.

I heard about this shop on my Google feed calling it the best donut shop in Connecticut, and I don't believe I'd disagree. The donuts look just as amazing in person as they do on the website, and the taste is out of this world! It's just a small little shop, and it was very busy when I arrived at 7 am on a Sunday, but they had 6 people working the counter, so the orders were filled very fast. This was my first time coming here and it certainly won't be the last. The maple bacon donut is phenomenal.

Neil’s donuts have a worker that accuse Minority race of stealing. I pre ordered donuts and I went to pick them up, I walked over to pay for them and before I could pay for them the girl asked me and her co- worker if I paid for them. This is not acceptable at all! It’s wrong on all level!!

The Place is kind of small, but it's okay. The donuts are fresh and delicious. It's worth the trip.
Very disappointing experience. The donuts were hard, stale, and lacked flavor, and the coffee was cold. Customer service was unwelcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt disorganized. I will not be returning.

Amazing donuts!! Always so busy but the place is run like a fine oiled machine! This time when I went in for donuts I could smell the breakfast sandwich. I ordered a dozen donuts and a bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted buttered roll and I have to say it was AMAZING! Now I love the donuts (best ever) AND the sandwiches!!
