Normally very good donuts, but who puts a frosted cover donut upside down in the bag on purpose as the put the second one in top REALLY!!
Yeah Sorry All but the donuts today are no where near as good and moist as they used to be a few years back! Unfortunately they got too big.

We usually love Neil’s and come in every Saturday morning for our donuts but today, we found a piece of a food service glove in our maple frosting. My husband bit into it and started chewing when he realized it’s not frosting. We are extremely upset about this :(
Like to say that this is an amazing location. I’m an Uber eats driver and this place is always packed and busy when I go in, but the order is always there ready packed, nice neatly and organized. Today I was a little flustered and in a rush and was picking up two orders when one of the girls notified me that the coffee was spilling a little bit on the floor. I just wanted to say that they did an amazing job of not making me feel embarrassed. I tried to clean it up quickly and we made small talk. I just wanted to leave this review just to say that the customer service and everything in this place is amazing and the efficiency is great for Uber eats pick ups

Love Neil's donuts. Most weekends we stop there for breakfast. Normally we share a bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagle. Sometimes we grab donuts if we are going somewhere. Right now, I love the cherry cake. But the filled donuts are over filled. If you decide to try it, you won't be disappointed. You need to get there early on the weekends and they are closed on Mondays.
