It serves a purpose.
I can see the locals and regulars love this place and they were friendly and I felt safe but out of place as a first time guest.
But I'm going to give it another 2 trys this weekend
It's certainly not expensive and they have about 18 maybe - parking spots in back, 14 if everyone is driving a truck as was the case when I was there.

an unpretentious hole in the wall of the best kind: cheap drinks & rich company; at least on Tuesdays when Denise is hosting the open mic... a wide variety of talent, including a magician & a gent playing Body & Soul on toy trumpet ? the last I played there...
