Pacific Buffet & Grill

I visited this pacific buffet tonight. We went there an hour before closing, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Most of the food on the buffet was cold, even items that should have been hot and freshly maintained. It didn’t seem like the food was being replenished at that point.

What was even more concerning was that staff were actively cleaning around and over the food while guests were still trying to eat and serve themselves. It made the environment feel rushed and uncomfortable, like customers were an inconvenience rather than welcome.

I understand that restaurants prepare to close, but if you’re still open and accepting customers, the food quality and dining experience should be maintained until closing time. Sadly, this visit did not meet expectations.

Good selection for lunch including sushi. Big dining area.

I had not been here in years and stopped by yesterday. It has always been good but was even better this time! I particularly enjoyed the fried blue crabs w/ dipping butter available. The other items were all great as well. The spare ribs were amazing and fresh and the many different types of chicken and pork and shrimp. Service was very good. Price was 18.99 for dinner buffet. Lunch was cheaper option.

Great food good service

I go for take out a few times a week. Same price or cheaper than fast food but it's FRESH! You eat healthy or be a full glutton lol. Owners are nice. The variety is large. Don't get fast food, come here and eat REAL food.

For me, this is one of the better buffets around. Food is fresh & tasty, well seasoned and cooked. Not a very big selection, but I guess this is why they can focus on what they offer. I wish they could cook/offer steaks more often. Fried crab, small but awesome. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms. I will be returning again, & again. Thank you !

Wrong price on website. They owner argued with me saying that price is 6 years old...no way!!! I just ate there 3 months ago and paid $8.49...today I had to pay $12.00!! That's insane...you just lost a loyal customer!!!

Prices went up and services went down.We ate our food and our server never brought our drinks.Had the managers attention on the matter, then the server brought drinks and was very rude and threw our straws on the table. The server was attending other tables and ignored us completely. It's a shame they didn't seem to care much when I addressed the situation. I hope the service improves or they will keep losing costumers.

Four of us went to celebrate two senior birthdays. One senior had a service dog. We were shown to our table, next thing we experience was a man coming to speak to us. Turned out the woman that would be tending to our table feared dogs. The man told us the 13 lb service dog can not sit on a chair. We didn't want him laying on floor where someone could trip over him. We were told we were not to feed the dog, as if a couple morsels of food from his humans plate would make the establishment go broke. Then the dog gave out a bit so loud woof and the man said the dog couldn't be in the establishment. People around us voices the dog did not bother them. Instead of having someone else clar our table, someone who does not fear dogs the man insisted the service dog can not stay. Our party of four simply got up and left and visited Asian Buffet up the street where the service dog was always welcomed in the past. I doubt we will ever go to Pacific Buffet and Grill any time in the future for their failure to accommodate a service dog as required by law.

The lady literally kept staring at us while we eat as a family she included rush us to hurry up and leave. And lied saying we forgot to pay when we pay the total plus tip then she acted surprised this will be the last time I will come back here TERRIBLE Serviced oh let’s not forget she even said something to my dad in her origin language with a attitude and walked away ??‍♂️??‍♂️
