SO DISAPPOINTED!!! Haven’t been to a Panera in a while since there isn’t one near my home. Today I ordered from work and received my order from the Wallingford Panera. Bread bowl was hard, the soup was barely warm - and the $9+ HALF of a tuna sandwich measured 3 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches with little filling. I don’t know how they justify charging me over $20 (PLUS service fees and delivery tip)! Awful

After a negative encounter with a drive thru worker I decided not to eat there . I can't believe someone would think it's okay to behave in such a manner as a drive through employee. Panera has a huge menu with seasonal items. I had 2 questions and she cut me off both times with the biggest attitude asking if I'm done ordering? I Questions unanswered and feeling rushed I reversed out of the one way drive through. If a worker is openly rude to a customer I can only imagine the atmosphere in which my food is being prepared. I'll pass !

I’ve been coming to this Panera for years, and never have I experienced such racial discrimination, mistreatment, and humiliation from a MANAGER, who claimed to be gay as an excuse for their vulgar behavior and intimidation in body language. As someone who is gay, myself, I felt very insulted that he would use being gay as an excuse to lash out.
Additionally, he mocked me when I attempted to point out to him their error in the order placed. He repeatedly cut me off, raising his voice, waving his hands in my face, and using all sorts of mannerism to intimidate me. Ultimately, he attempted to kick me out of the store instead of resolving a simple error on their part. As a minority, I ask that we stand together in boycotting and reframing from bringing business to a place that treats us in such a manner. I will continue to pursue this matter with corporate and ask for all of your support.

If you plan on ordering on the app to make it easier, this might not be the place. Ordered on the app 15 minutes ahead. Lost my entire lunch break. Got to the drive thru and food was not ready. They had me park for 15 minutes. After waiting at the window 5 minutes. Could not eat. Man at the window was very polite. This is not the first time this happens. This facility needs more staff.

Was sitting in drive-through window, watching an employee service me at the window with gloves on cutting food and playing with her phone. Mention this to the manager while waiting and have not seen a manager approach her regarding my complaint how disappointing and disgusting at the same time I will be reporting this over the managers head.
