Unforgettable BBQ Experience Thanks to Pig Rig!
We had Pig Rig cater our daughter’s rehearsal dinner, and the experience was incredible! From the moment Dan arrived, everything was handled with professionalism, warmth, and precision. He set everything up beautifully, making sure the presentation matched the celebratory vibe of the evening.
And the food—wow! The BBQ was out of this world. Tender brisket, juicy pulled pork, flavor packed kielbasa, delicious pulled chicken, and sides that had everyone going back for seconds (and thirds!). The guests were raving about the mac and cheese, cowboy beans, potato salad and cornbread. It was the perfect blend of comfort and flavor, and it made the night feel extra special.

Wonderful staff! Delicious ribs, cowboy beans, and I loved ALL the sauces which is rare. ;) Kids enjoyed checking out all the old band photos and figurines. Cool spot!

This is the best bbq I’ve tasted in my life. All the bbq meats from brisket, ribs, chicken is out of this world. And the smoked Mac n cheese and greens are smack!! Service was amazing. The fact that they do drive thru, order in and cater is impressive. 10/10 hope to start through again soon!

Was kind of disappointed in the food. Ordered brisket and was surprised it came out pulled in a watery/oily container. Tells me it sits in a hot holding container. Flavor was just ok. The beans were good and unfortunately they dont make their own cornbread. The dining room is very cool with rock and roll nostalgia. Overall its just ok.

I specifically asked for sauce on a sandwich and they didn’t put it on. When asked about it she said she didn’t charge me for the sauce so maybe it was okay that they forgot to put it on. I was on lunch break so I didn’t have time to go back and get the sauce so I asked if she could remedy the situation by making it right with a correct sandwich in the future and she refused. Pulled pork has no smoke flavor; don’t bother going here for their poor service and subpar meat

This was my first time trying The Pig Rig and the locals were right, this place is the best. The half rack of ribs combo was incredible. The meat was fall-off-the-bone tender. The cowboy beans were superb with tons of smoky flavor and full of pulled pork. The cornbread was classically made and good. The cold-hard butter was a bummer. But the pig mac sandwich was really good. The bread was super soft, the macaroni was very tasty as was the pulled pork. Multiple sauces to choose from but the spicy bbq was my go to and it didn't disappoint. Will be trying new items the next time I'm close by.
