Honestly i usually love pokemoto, the girls working today were extremely rude, and anyone who walked in seemed like they were taking up all their time and just annoyed by every little thing… portions were small and when asking for a little more of something, she seemed very annoyed, left without a bag, nor a straw… when asked for one, food is good more just bothered by the customer service today.

All girls are working here tonight, Sunday, November 2 2025, they are making fun of me when I was picking up a GrubHub order. They received the order 35 minutes before I arrive and it was not busy at all that maybe the last order at night and they are just laughing, joking and wasting the time inside the store and when I ask them, you received it long time ago just to make sure that we are talking about the same order they replied very rudely that we need five minutes more and now it’s already five minutes passed, but it’s still not finished yet that means this girl is are not working as expected. I hope the manager can see my message in my review and do something because they are young girls and they are just chatting inside without any care about the orders or their work. I’m waiting outside for the order in my car and still there’s still didn’t finish it. These girls are careless. The manager of this restaurant to do something.

No matter whether I’ve gone in person or ordered through door dash it has always been an enjoyable place to get food. I've gotten different protein bowls from them one I made myself and their special miso salmon. Both are so good and no matter who makes it, it is delicious and I enjoy getting it. After finishing my meal I am satisfied and the amount of rice mix with everything else is amazing. I also love going to the store and seeing the bowl made in front of me knowing the items are fresh and new everyday. I love this place and enjoy every bite of my bowls

Pokemoto is the worst poke there is in the market. The salmon is so low quality compared to every other poke place out there. I wish they would go out of business so better quality places could take their spot. Several times ive gotten pokemoto bc theyve been the only option nearby and have always been very disappointed. At this point I will just choose an entirely different cuisine if theyre the only option rather than eat there. One time the fish was so fishy i just threw the whole bowl out after one bite. At best the fish tastes smoked and the consistency is tough. And this poor quality is consistent across all locations. Dont waste your money. They charge way more than local poke places too.

Built my own poke bowl with salmon and tuna. Added a variety of toppings. Everything was fresh. Love that it’s fully customizable. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Really enjoyed my visit here.

Food is always great, but it's a bummer when you order online and they don't have avocado which is one of their protein options. So they just double up your other selection, not awful, but annoying.

I recently had a fantastic meal at Pokemoto where I customized my own bowl with shrimp and salmon. The combination was not only fresh but also perfectly balanced in flavors.
