Went to Rick’s on 5 for breakfast with my boyfriend and it was great. The food was fresh and delicious, the service was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed. Definitely a spot we’ll be going back to! ☕️🥞

Very pleasant lady who worked the counter. Order a sausage, bacon, over easy egg, cheese on a hard roll. Egg was no where near over easy , whole sandwich was extremely dry. My first time there and sadly my last, food isn’t for me and not made to order. Thank you.

Food was gross and oily. They charged 12$ for ONE waffle and charged for each topping. 60$ for 2 omelettes and 1 waffle. I would never go back. Service was not homey. She couldn’t care less unless she knew you. They messed up on the toast and brought a bagel instead. And charged for that. If you want oil and no love. GO HERE.

I wasn't to impressed with the food. first time there. it will be our last. The hollandaise was broken and just made it unappealing. The poached eggs were just about cooked through, no runny to the eggs.

The food was decent, but the steak in the sandwich tasted stale and had an off-putting odor. However, my main concern is the condition of the restaurant itself. The place has a musty smell, and the air vent near the restroom is filthy, likely not cleaned in years. It's unpleasant to sit under a ceiling that looks moldy and damaged. I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant, but the overall cleanliness issues are a major turn-off. Ceiling tiles aren't expensive to replace, so please invest in maintaining your space for your customers' sake. Additionally, our waitress took a cigarette break in outside dining area and returned to serve food without washing her hands. This lack of hygiene is concerning.
