My family goes every Saturday now since the first time we tried it about a month and a half ago. Their pancake (the hubcap) is HUGE and can easily feed me and my daughter, with left overs. My husband loves the meat and potatoes sandwich and it fills him up by itself. Their French toast is great, that’s my go to. The home fries (spudfries) are great too, we’ve only tried them plain but they have topping options as well. Our family spends $30 and it’s definitely worth it. They are cash only, so keep that in mind when you go. Also they currently don’t offer dine in, but that’s fine for us because we like to pick up and eat at home anyways. All in all, this place is wonderful and I rave about it to anyone that asks for a breakfast recommendation.

DELICIOUS food at VERY affordable prices. Two of us ate well for less than $20. Super friendly service. Cash only, but theres an ATM at the gas station across the park. Definitely try the Spudfries (Homefries) they're not covered with paprika like most breakfast places, just potatoes cooked in butter. They do have a selection of flavors to choose from beyond that though! (Like buffalo with cheese...YUM!)

Little flavor, cheap ingredients, burnt toast. Watery eggs, in the plate it has 2 tablespoons of water built up under the eggs, potatoes are flavorless, the toast is burnt and hard.Cheap? Sure! Worth it? No.

One of the best breakfasts We have had in a very long time and it was delivered to our door!! The prices were great and the menu is the perfect one for a local breakfast/brunch nook. The staff on the phone and the deliverer were spectacular and polite. Thanks so much!!

I love this place - always get the Fri-ta-ta. The people that work here are very nice and the prices are reasonable.

Friendly staff, best food around- especially the steamed cheeseburgers, to die for! Cupcakes are amazing! Sara J’s is my go to when I’m in town!!

Sarah jays in Wallingford should not be Considered a business. They nickel and dime you for everything they do and when inquiring about charges they hang up on you and cancel your order. Buyer beware. Do not waste your time or money. There IS a cost to doing business! They pass the cost right to their customers. Instead of mitigating the cost. They try to blame high prices from their vendors as rationale. The explanation seemed farfetched and INaccurate anyway. I have some familiarity with this as a business owner myself. This is not the problem of a customer but it sounds like they need to better manage their supply accounts and vendors. This can only be summed up by any average consumer and frequent restaurant customer that this is just to charge you more for less. They also do not consider dietary restrictions they just slap a charge on you with no compassion or understanding for any health concerns. With this kind of behavior and tactics I foresee a very large GOING OUT OF BUSINESS sign posted right on their front door...stay tuned for that. Don't give them your business you will regret it. Clapping back to your fabricated and baseless response. You should be ashamed of your self!!!!
