My friend and I have heard great things about SixOneNineWlfd and were eager to try it out for brunch today! Unfortunately, after the rude greeting from today’s hostess we will probably never be back. For starters, the hostess looked us up and down and was clearly judging our attire even though we were neat, clean and presentable. Additionally, the hostess could not have been more snotty about needing reservations for today which my friend and I were innocently unaware of. The hostess did a terrible job of making us even feel welcomed which ultimately should be a main priority in her role as the face of the establishment. The hostess literally grimaced at us as we walked in which was completely and utterly unacceptable. Had we felt more welcomed to begin with, the misunderstanding about needing to have reservations would have resulted in us making plans to come back another time. But, because of how turned off we are about this initial impression, coming back is not even a consideration.
Delicious🥃Great service!!

What a classy little oasis in Wallingford. Six One Nine Supper Club is intimate, so not loud. The menu from the fun infusion cocktails and mocktails to the super varied menu with lots of local, fresh, progressive and delicious options makes you want to return because you won't be able to try everything you want. You can sit at the bar and watch a game but if you're not looking for it you may not even notice the TV. But I'm going back to sit at the bar and have some wine and their truffle fries (which I wanted but felt I was making a comfort food, impulse choice so left it for my next visit). We had a couple of mocktails, the shrimp appetizer, a Burrata salad, curried scallops, a side of brussel sprouts and an affogado, espresso martini and key lime cake and everything was SO good! It obvious from the kind and attentive staff to the obviously experienced bartender that everyone is happy to be there which makes a big impression.

Random spot we ended up trying for lunch. Did not disappoint. Food was on point and so were the drinks. Highly recommended

Six One Nine is an absolutely amazing find for me! One of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. My wife and I were looking for a place to eat in the Wallingford area and we almost couldn’t even find this place, but I’m glad we did. The specialty burger I had was amazing. Flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked. I can’t wait to return!

A family birthday luncheon celebration prompted a first visit to The Supper Club. It turns out the experience was a gift in and of itself.
Everything was perfect - the ambiance, cocktails/mocktails, all four meals which included the Cali Breakfast Burrito, the Pork Belly Fried Rice, and the most elegant Croque Madame - were all perfectly prepared, artfully plated, and most flavorful. The desserts - The Key Lime Cake, and the Churro Cake Special (with a surprise birthday candle) - were sinfully delicious.
Dana is far and away deserving of five stars of her own, as she cared for our visit as if we were royalty. Chef Michael is simply amazing in creativity and talent. I cannot wait to return for a dinner, as there are many unique offerings from which to choose.
To have discovered this treasure, no longer hidden, and
in our own backyard, was the perfect gift.

This is easily one of the best restaurants around. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of the food, the I treating menu and the overall vibe. Don't walk to this place, RUN!

This place is wonderful. We've been back weekly since the first time we tried it. The food is beautifully made and delicious. The drinks are delicious. I recommend trying a French 75 with Empress gin Or any of their martinis.
Kudos to this wonderful couple for opening this restaurant in Wallingford.

I am on visit #3 and gradually working my way through the menu. The 619 has quickly become my favorite restaurant! So far I’ve had the Steak & Pasta, Swordfish, & tonight the Pork Chop. Each dish was wonderfully & uniquely flavored & top shelf all around. And speaking of top shelf - the cocktails & service are also right there! Truly an excellent, different, & welcome addition to Wallingford. I highly recommend, and best wishes to Dana for continued success!! ???

The Kitchen was not on point. Ordered 2 caprese salads and one of them they did not put the pesto sauce on it Tuna tartar was bland. Needed some sort of sauce. The food service was slow and the restaurant was very loud. Filet was good though.

We had a family gathering of 7 for lunch and we will definitely be back. The owner and staff (Stephanie) were so friendly and helpful with making choices and explaining dishes. They were attentive and our food/drinks were served quickly. Great portions of delicious apps, platters, entrees, and drinks that were beautifully presented. The restaurant was very well done inside, clean and comfortable. Thanks for making our afternoon great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fun dining experience. 619 is fine dining in a high energy environment. Extremely creative preparations, over the top service, lively atmosphere. Appetizers are to be shared, and portions are generous to say the least. Recommend a reservation, as this restaurant has become quite popular, especially on weekends or when there is a nearby event.
Six One Nine is my go to spot for downtown Wallingford. The service is always exceptional and consistently. It's never “hit or miss”. It's hard to find a place where the both the drinks & food are equally as good. The lead bartender Conrad takes pride in his work which goes a very long way for me. All the staff is very friendly & attentive, all the way from the servers down to the bus boy. -Ryan Garbatini
