I ordered a steak and cheese grinder and it barely had anything on it. Normally I don't go to Subway because this is a problem but all of the amazing sandwich shops in town were closed. Subway is historically light handed with their meat and toppings but this was on another level tonight. Such a waste of money.

The customer service used to be great before the new employees. I just went through the drive through and it took more than 15 min I had to go to the window and she was just sitting there on her phone. And I asked if the microphone was on and she said yes so why did it take that long?

I ordered a veggie delight (no meat, usually gets 2x cheese). I received only half my sandwich with any cheese so 1/4 what I should have. Very few toppings options (no olives or cucumbers) and spinach was wilting. I’ve been to other Subways and received far better sandwiches. This was so disappointing. If the owner would cheap out less and provide enough cheese and toppings, maybe I’d be happier. The staff was friendly although I felt bad they were working alone at 12pm. The facility looked clean although they had some stock stored in the dining area.
Overall, I’ll never return here. There’s so many sandwich options in Wallingford, sadly this location just offers very little for the price. Competition matters.

Either new entitled foreign franchise owners or just new employees. I stop here about twice a month. I stopped in to get a foot long. 1st it was like I was bothering the 2 ladies. They were making the sandwich, when it came to the toppings I asked for lettuce, banana peppers, pickles and black olives. She sprinkled the lettuce, I ask for more and got a dirty look. Again sprinkled lettuce. Can I please have more? There was barely any on the sandwich. When it came to the other toppings it was the same. I didn't ask for extra. No talking at all. Paid, never said thank you. I'm paying for Subways service don't be rude. Won't be back to this location!

Sandwiches are very refreshing never found such soft bread in the whole city .The employees are so much fun and friendly especially a girl named river she's flowing with words and very humble.The atmosphere is very clean i found her sanitizing often the surroundings which is very healthy especially when corona cases are again on the rise . The veggies are fresh and meat portions and veggies are ample .Overall it was a tummy filling experience with a feast to my taste buds.I took this time to write this review because the staff are very generous so they deserve evey bit of my praises and some raise .

Don't waste your time going to this location. The footlongs that I got barely had any meat on them. When I was telling the guy he gave attitude. This location won't be in busy for very long. The drink cooler is empty and not a good variety of chips. Never again!
This subway is by far one of the best ones I visit. I don’t know if they changed owners or staff but the store is always super clean and the subs are made with love….Not to mention all their vegetables and meats are sliced neatly and always fresh looking. Unlike other places where they look expired.. plus the staff here is super nice n friendly. Thank you River & Vamsi.. y’all deserve raises ?❤️

Great customer service, used the app to pick up and the drive thru was very convenient for me. The workers were very friendly, order was accurate and prepared well. Other reviews complain about portions but there is always an option to add extra meat and toppings. I got the perfect amount of meat, they added toppings in amount I requested.I was closer to the walmart location but I'm very glad I visited this location instead. Veg was very fresh, bread was nice and toasty. Thanks!
