very disappointing, we ordered around 20 mins before arriving. We waited more than 10 minutes at the speaker, after a while we decided to pull forward, the employee seemed very upset and told us her headset shut off, would be more understandable if it wasn’t for the behavior we were met at the window, as someone who manages in fast food it seemed overall intentional. We waited more than 10 minutes for the food!! which is crazy, after the wait at the speaker with a completely empty lot its absolutely insane. I tried my best to understand, especially because most places are understaffed that last hour and it can be tough trying to close and manage customers at the same time, but completely ignoring one hoping they would drive away is not okay. Do better.

My taco supreme said no sour cream they forgot to put hot sauce in the bag that I asked for otherwise the staff is very friendly in the service was quick unfortunately male was horrible

Put my order in 30 minutes before arriving. I asked for my order and they claimed they were still working on it. Another 20 mins pass by and I asked the same thing with the same exact response. I ended up waking out without any food.

I come here every now and then I’ve had some good experiences and some bad but tonight was so bad. I had to leave a review. Drive-through took over 40 minutes and that’s without having Tell them they messed up my order that I placed online to pick up in drive-through. I don’t know about the next guy, but we sure do love when customer service is hanging out on their phones, giggling with other employees instead of dealing with a seven car pile up in the drive-through. I don’t know why the doors are always closed past like nine, but I couldn’t come in to tell them that they messed up my order. And I wasn’t going to sit in line for another 40 minutes. I always have a problem coming here when there’s male employees But when it’s a female employees they go beyond customer service lots of help, but with all the add ons I bought… I feel scammed. Hire better.

Don't know how the food was the guy at the drive thru order screen wandered off halfway through me trying to order so I tried to leave but had to sit behind a car for 15 minutes while the girl at the drive thru chatted, since there was no other way out of the drive thru I had to sit there against my will while this person had a conversation
