Great, fresh, food however while prices have gone up the size of sandwiches have gotten way smaller. I spent nearly 18 dollars on a sandwich the size of my palm- with no side included.

Amazing staff and food, they should have a michelin star.

Jumping on the bandwagon - this place is fantastic. The dude behind the counter was so incredibly kind and accommodating and the food was excellent. Highly recommend the sweet potato quesadilla and the seasonal beet salad. Do attend.

The Eatery did not disappoint! We were on our way back to MA and ordered breakfast sandwiches (B.E.C) and coffee to go. The coffee and sandwich were both amazing. Half of their sandwich was plenty of food and filling, but it was so good you had to eat the other half. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We can't wait to go back on our next trip to Connecticut.

I ordered a few sandwiches, a soda and a side of macaroni salad. I picked up my order and they forgot the drink and salad. I called and they refunded me my money and the gentlemen at the counter personally drove me the drink and salad to my work. Great people great business highly

Sad to leave this since I have normally had a good experience with The Eatery--however, today, my delivery order was canceled 40 minutes after placing it (around the time it was estimated to be delivered to me) and they aren't answering their phone when I called to get an explanation. Not a great experience!

The only complaints I have at The Eatery is that they are not open for dinner (except the first Friday of the month) and they are not open on the weekends. However - it's a hill I'm willing to climb to order from The Eatery. From their classics that include a variety of vegetarian options that are NOT salads to their seasonal menus - The Eatery is always creative and always really good. My personal favorites include their house-made pickles, anything item that includes their tofu, and their sweet potato quesadilla. However I've never had a bad meal here and I doubt you will too.

There is nothing we don't love about The Eatery. The people, the space, the food....all amazing. The creativity and care put into their food is evident. They have classic items and fun items (such as their sandwiches on donuts). We love that they offer a plethora of vegetarian and vegan options NOT as an afterthought. The dishes are put other with as much thought as the non-vegan items. We loved their lemonades and teas. One of the fun coffees we got was an espresso lemonade. You have to try it to love it. Take at least 3 sips and give it a good shot. Anytime we have a day off and can get something we love to try! There is no seating inside aside from a couple benches so be prepared to pick up. This is a place to stop for sure!

Friendly staff, cute shop, good food. The staff took the time to talk to me about their favorite items when I asked about recommendations on what to order and they did not steer me wrong. Food is cooked to order so everything is fresh. They have staple menu items but rotate seasonal items in an out which is pretty cool. The owners are absolutely the nicest people I've ever met or have dealt with. This is a take out only place. There is a bench to sit on while you wait but they don't have space to dine in. Go support this locally owned gem!

Great sandwiches and nice staff, but we don't think they make it clear enough that they're TAKEOUT ONLY. Also they don't sell any mass-market soft drinks; only Snapple and weird indie brands of soda and flavored seltzer, none of which we like.

The best vegan breakfast I've had in Connecticut.

Fresh, delicious, innovative - this place is fabulous. There isn’t a bad thing on the menu but my favorite is the California Salad. Seasonal favorites include The Harvester sandwich (squash, goat cheese and spinach -it works! Try The Eatery - you will not be disappointed. You are paying for quality fresh food - something that is hard to find these days! Also note since COVID Take Out only.

This place has fantastic food and is always very accommodating with requests and changes. They have great options for vegans and vegetarians as well. The interior is fun and cheerful. The only down side is that it is not an eat in establishment, but I am willing to eat in my car if it means a good breakfast burrito.Vegetarian options: Most things can be subbed to make your order either vegetarian or vegan
