I went to Wendy’s this afternoon and ordered a single with cheese combo meal to go.I was very disappointed to find that my burger was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted. The fries were also cold. I’ve eaten at other Wendy’s and never had an issue. Will not be coming back to the Wallingford location.

I bought biggie bag at 10:30 pm the nuggets were hard , the fries were as hard as a rock, they woman gave me the wrong salad and no utensils . Seems like they had the food there all day and wanted to get rid of it . Very gross . Will not go there on a late night again

Every time I get a Jr bacon cheeseburger, my bun is stale.. I like Wendy's, but they need to either get rid of the Wallingford location or hire a brand new staff

You guys should know I just was currently working there not too long ago discontinued working there in December, but the public needs to know that this location only changes their fryer oil once a week on Sundays, no matter how dark it gets, they don’t follow their food safety for our protocol. They just had us take the stickers off as long as the tomatoes didn’t look bad. They said that we could keep them on the line. Additionally, there would be somebody on a cash register working the drive-through window and they told these individuals that they can go from one workstation to the grill putting raw food on the grill without gloves and route the need to wash their hands so if anyone has gotten any type of food poisoning or anything from that location, at least you know why now I would highly recommend nobody to go there. They’re lazy management doesn’t care about their employees and they rather cut corners despite contradicting their own philosophy of not cutting corners just to save a buck

I ordered a double Dave burger, which was good but a bit cold. I think the coldness was due to the tomato and sauce.
They mess up the drive through orders every time I go there and very rarely you’ll get an exceptionally rude cashier. This isn’t a common occurrence but it sucks when it happens. I work in food service too and that kinda treatment isn’t cool. I understand the job sucks and some customers treat you poorly but don’t make my day crappy too. They also skimp on the sauces too. Decent food quality and reasonable speed to be fair.

Zero for all… The lady on the intercom seemed frustrated that she had to take my order there were literally five cars in line and the customer service was horrible. Little things like no sauce for my nuggets forgot my Coke when I asked for it they gave me Diet Coke. The nuggets they gave me were mushy and not edible- I asked for fresh nuggets. If you know me I never bother with things like this but that’s how bad they were. They threw it in a bag crinkled the bag and basically threw it at me and closed the window….AND they forgot the sauce a second time! A hair in my daughtersCinna bun!! And do not get the salted caramel frosty. I figured it was chocolate with salted caramel flavor but it’s just a cup full of yellow caramel 🙄 (That parts not on them though… Just a sidenote lol)

On Monday, October 21st, at approximately 9:15 or 9:18 p.m., I went through the drive-thru and ordered fries, which totaled over $5. Despite there being no other customers, the fries I received were both cold and hard.
