Place never disappoints. Awesome food, good music outside and in the bar. Owner comes and checks on you. Servers always awesome.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant. Gina the waitress was super friendly and very accommodating. The Atmosphere was great as we had a view of the stream. I had lobster taco which was pretty good, it could of been a bit more seasoned, but overall i enjoyed my meal. The cost is somewhat on the pricey side. I would definitely go back.

The Westbrook Lobster House offers a unique dining experience in a beautifully restored old brick factory. The industrial charm adds character, while the seafood is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Whether you're enjoying oysters or a hearty seafood platter, this place delivers both in ambiance and taste.

Well, there were hardly any customers in the place, which is a huge red flag! Also, they said they were out of steamers, which is one of the main reasons we went there! I could not tell if they were lying, or merely interested in giving lousy customer service! Another red flag! As I was trying to eat my food, I developed a coughing fit, which had never occurred before with me in a restaurant setting! Red flag number 3! I could go on, but what is the use? I do NOT recommend dining here. Enough said!

Dietary restrictions: The waitstaff did not bother to ask us if we had any food allergies!

I've been here several times & the food has consistently been good and reasonably priced. The clam chowder was watery, had very fee clams and just was not good.
I ordered the seafood combo. Every single restaurant I've ever been to has a combo of shrimp, scallops, fish and clams.
Nope, I was asked to choose two items ( shrimp and scallops) with a side order of cole slaw.
4 pieces of shrimp
4 pieces of scallop
Over $30!
This is higher than NYC prices.
I won't be returning, nor recommending.

I've been here twice now and hands down the best seafood place I've been to in the north easy states. The surf and turf burger and the lobster nachos were my go to both times. I drove out of Mt way for the second stop. I can't stop waving about the burger.

My family (a group of five) stopped by on Sunday evening. We were seated very quickly even though we had no reservations. The food was phenomenal! I hadn’t eaten fried whole belly clams in years and they were done perfectly. We had steamers, clams casino (yum!) and fried seafood platters. It was an amazing experience and certainly worth the time and money.

Outstanding and fresh seafood. Exceptional service, very accommodating and an attentive and friendly wait staff and general manager. The Mega Lobster Roll was outrageously good. At least a pound of fresh lobster that was seasoned extremely well, and the Boston split top bun was toasted and crispy throughout, and held up well to the buttery rich Connecticut-Style lobster. Westbrook Lobster is in my top-three lobster restaurants in all of Connecticut. Great appetizers like the Fried Salmon Bites, Maple Bourbon Wings and the Lobster Nachos help round out the menu. The sleeper on the drink menu is the Hibiscus Spritz, which was insanely good. Job well done at the Wallingford location.

This was our 2nd time visiting! The 1st was great and the 2nd even better. I've never had better seafood. We had the scallops and fried shrimp! Phenomenal! The salads are enormous and absolutely delightful. Our service was top notch with our waitress Katie. The owner or manager even came over to our table to greet us. I love this place!

First time being here. The service was outstanding & the 2 lb lobsters were so tender and sweet. The side of potatoes and mixed vegetables that were either stir-fried or roasted were outrageously delicious. The portion size of the potatoes and vegetables was incredible. They pour a really nice drink as well. I moved from Connecticut to Venice Florida and was visiting family, so they took me here, and I tell you when I visit again, I will be back.
