They really know what they are doing here, the food was inventive with some tasty twists and yet what I would call “comfort food” too. We had oysters which came with a strawberry vinaigrette, and I had the hake with sea urchin, which for me was perfect. Our waiter was really sweet too, with a good sense of humour.
Great evening celebrating my nephews birthday. He’s a high end restaurant owner from Spokane. And totally enjoyed the perfect evening. CT is for those looking for an artist great dinner!
