Buffalo Wild Wings

My wife and I went out for lunch to here. Sarah was our server and although she was relatively new we didn’t know or couldn’t tell because her service was excellent and amazing! She was very attentive and checked in on us at the right times. Definitely coming back to eat here again because of her.

Colesaw was not fresh. Took one bite and left it. Cheeseburger had be well done.. That isn't the proper way to cook a cheeseburger. For a well done burger it was alright but who even eats a cheeseburger that way?

Great beer selection and atmosphere. Based on a prior experience, I would not order food here.

Liiany was my server and she was so attentive we really enjoyed ourselves. The food was good and the wait wasn't long. Overall we had a great time and our server did a awesome job!!

Absolutely Horrible Experience

I ordered the 15-piece traditional wings and they were a complete disappointment—dry, hard, and clearly either refried multiple times or left sitting out for too long. The dry rub barely coated the wings. My large fries were also overcooked, dry, and stale. Even the bacon on the cheeseburger was chewy and dried out—not made to order at all. Everything tasted old and poorly prepared. If Buffalo Wild Wings keeps this up, I don’t see them staying in business much longer. Total letdown.

Got a takeout order the fries were extremely stale and cold.. no utensils in bag and no ranch sauce for my veggie sticks… if this is the service you are going to provide just close down

Place is always empty no matter the day the staff are off and on nice and staff take a long time to approach the front counter food is good especially their wings place is extremely empty for it's size very concerning

I got the 20 piece traditional wings, but they gave me boneless. I also ask for ranch and it was not included in the bag. We definitely prefer the bone in but got boneless.

If I could have 1 diner with anyone in history. I would take Benjamin Franklin here we would order 1 of everything and he could happily return to his own time line knowing America becomes a country that has Buffalo Wild Wings. Parmesian garlic wings 10/10 ultimate nachos 10/10 burgers 10/10 like I don’t understand why the food here is so good

The chicken wings in general at Buffalo Wild Wings have plummeted. The wings I got yesterday were the smallest most meatless chicken wings I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t typically complain, but one thing I hate is feeling like I got swindled as a customer. The chicken wings were so tiny. Not worth the money. Won't be going back. There’s so much competition no need to waste money on baby chicken wings. It won’t let me add a picture or I would.

Went in for lunch. Our server was nice. The food was terrible. Disgusting dried out pigeon wings. I'm pretty sure the wi ngs were not fresh and my stomach agreed. The drums had about a dime size piece of edible chicken on them. I have no idea why anyone would go here.

Yes, it’s a chain restaurant, but this location is the one that stands out. I’ve been to a number of different BWW in the state and a few in other states but this is the one I prefer and only one I recommend. I realize the recipes, sauces etc. are standardized but what distinguishes this location is their customer service. I bring my young twins often here because my children (six years old) feel comfortable with the staff as they are able to practice ordering and their manners/verbal communication skills. The staff is always very patient, kind, and warm to all of us. My children have started to remember the staffs’ names or at minimum their faces and look forward to sitting in “their” booth. Even today (Tuesday, May 27), when I went alone to dine in for their BOGO wings and had a question on the bill, the server “Mariah’s mom” and the manager, were polite, patient and knowledgeable where I didn’t feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me. Yes, it is possible to receive comfort food/experience even at a chain. Thank you to the staff at BWW Wethersfield and keep up the good work.
