Buffalo Wild Wings

I went there 3 days in a row for their happy hour, 1st night me and my sister had a great time with good food and drinks. The bartender & waitress that night were wonderful, they are the only reason why I’m giving this place 2 stars! The next day I came with a friend for my birthday we sat at the bar, the service was slow even tho there was only 5 other people besides ourselves, the bartender practically ignored us while filling up others drinks 3 times before even asking us if we wanted another drink, I had to wave another bartender down (who wasn’t even on the clock) to ask for a drink! This bartender with no hesitation made us this drink so thank you to him. The 3rd night my family and I came one last time for happy hour we sat in the dining area because the bar was full. Once again the service was slow, 3 waitresses by the register standing around talking, changing garbage, stocking selves, walking up & down pass us twice before anyone even greeted us or ask for our drink order. The drinks including the shots we took was water down! Once we went to the bar when it was less crowded they decided to cut us off. No one was belligerent, stumbling, or slurring their words so I’m little confused on why would we would had been cut off! We didn’t argue just left! We would rather spend our money where it’s wanted! I would never go back & wouldn’t recommend it anyone!

The chicken was salty and I only had 3 drinks before they cut me and my friends off like wow they had a dirty table with nail polish on it kids everywhere like wtf and the bartender took forever just to offer water NEVER AGAIN I NEVER HAD A BAR CUT ME OFF AFTER 3 SHOTS THAT WAS WATERD DOWN

Food here is better then other Buffalo wild wings in the area. Service is usually a bit rough. We stopped going for a while and came back a year later and it was still rough. It's also SO dark haha.

Pretzels were super warm and delicious. The servers were all super friendly and helpful. Drinks were good

Everything about this restaurant is cool but the food was absolute garbage. The nachos were alright m. The boneless wings tasted awful and the chicken sandwich was so bad. I’ve been to a different Buffalo Wild Wings location and it was good but this place ruined it.

Here's the main issue... our waitress, who was great was transferring our check at the end of her shift. It seems as though the person she transferred the check to was some sort of manager. The new waitress was extremely rude and condescending to our previous waitress for no apparent reason. It was quite uncomfortable. Add in mediocre food at a high price....just not a place I would go to again or recommend for others.

I had an incredible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings, and I just have to give a shout-out to the lovely front desk gal, “Mars” for providing such exceptional service! From the moment we walked in, Mars made us feel welcomed and was so attentive throughout the entire order. They really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making great menu recommendations and even helped me sign up for a rewards system! (I’m old) The food was for my husband, but honestly, the highlight of the visit was the service. If you’re looking for a fun atmosphere with friendly staff, make sure to ask for Mars — they’ll make your experience unforgettable! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome place to come chill with your fam and friends, even a simple date night! The food is great beside all the food i have try so can't really speak for it all. Service AND atmosphere is always on point.

Awful! Last night about 9 30ish .. me and two of my friends arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings in Wetherfield, Ct from Hartford Yard Goats game , we also are deaf guys, got table and been wait more than 45 min for ready order drinks and foods but server never bother come to service .. don’t know who server is .. most of walk past by us .. we thirsty and hungry big time .. so we decided to walk out ! .. other Buffalo Wild Wings location better than this Wetherfield Buffalo Wild Wings! This place freaking poor service ! Won’t go Wetherfield Buffalo Wild Wings again in future

Def my ultimate, all-time BWW location in New England. Everything about it is perfect! The staff and management team are sensational when it comes to customer service. I love it so much it makes me wish that I worked here. :)
