I work in Rocky Hill and time after time the service is really awful. I usually order online and have tried drive thru service! Absolutely awful. You wait as much as if i hadnt done it. So today i tried picking up inside and if possible, It was WORSE. Inside only focus' on drive thru. Check the date,many were the same stating DISGUSTING disappointment wont be back. I only receive a 30 min break for lunch. Can you care ??? Check mgmt. What a disappointment. Done! Many other time sensitove quality mgrs out there!

Since renovations, this is now the BEST BK in hartford and its not cringey anymore. The outside & inside is aesthetically pleasing and not an eye sore anymore. I'm glad they moved the drive thru. The food is always GREAT! The staff are always nice, kind, and respectful. You can also tell the managers work very hard! Only con is the parking lot is so small.
Parking: It's a small area but enough sometimes.

Prior to this visit I haven't been to BK in a Long time and after this visit I remembered why, it was not a good experience. The Whopper with cheese was so overcooked that it had no Favor and the fries were way over salted.

If I can give them a zero I would. I ordered a cloud slushy and after I order I tried to google the ingredients to make sure it didn’t contain dairy as some do and when I asked the employee an employee named Ivy told another employee “did you just heard what they asked” and made fun of me asking the question and added that she couldn’t wait to post it on Facebook. Well my son has a sever dairy allergy and some slushes do have dairy so I wanted to make sure before giving it to my son and basically killing him. I was being cautious not a stupid question. Clearly Ivy is ignorant regarding food allergies and should not be working in the food industry. She needs to educate herself regarding allergies and the severity of them. Clearly I didn’t give my son the slushy since I wasn’t sure but she was unprofessional and Immature in her behavior and comment. I hope corporate handles this matter appropriately.

My wife picked up food tonight. Burger and fries were decent, but the chicken was WAY past its hold time. There is zero reason for there to be food sitting past its hold times.
I used to work fast food, serv safe certified as well, in busier markets short staffed and were able to do better than this location. Staff is unfriendly the majority of the time I've been. Last i went, i pulled off quicker than i shouldve, so i went back in to get my soda that i forgot. Staff gave me an attitude as if walking 6 feet to get my drink, yet i was the one that still apologized. Food is like a 70/30 hit or miss. If they were following hold time and other SOPs, they would 90+. Unfortunately, it's the closest BK, but I plan to venture elsewhere if I can find a better location.

Is the cleanest Burger Kings around the Hartford area I travel out my way to go to the hurricanes on Silas Deane highway I like to eat and clean places.
My wife picked up food tonight. Burger and fries were decent, but the chicken was WAY past its hold time. There is zero reason for there to be food sitting past its hold times.I used to work fast food, serv safe certified as well, in busier markets short staffed and were able to do better than this location. Staff is unfriendly the majority of the time I've been. Last i went, i pulled off quicker than i shouldve, so i went back in to get my soda that i forgot.
