Ordered online with their app. Easy to do and my order was correct. However, it was a waste of time ordering with the app. When I got to the drive thru to pick up my order there were 3 or 4 cars waiting to pay and pick up their orders. So my order sat there getting cold. My food was warm not hot. It still tasted good. They need a designated parking space for online orders where they can run the order out to you. The whole point of ordering online is so your order is ready when you get there and you can grab and go not sit in line.

I had the worst experience tonight I ordered a cone in a cup and a soda, it was handed to me in a cup but no cone, I expressed what I orders and was told I need to specify when ordering which I did, the girl at the window with the other employee hands me a cone and I said where’s my soda, he looked at me like I was crazy and the girl goes you didn’t pour the soda and slammed the window so rude and disrespectful I said something to the kid and he just looked at me like I was crazy! Such a bad experience

Upon entering, it's an excellent establishment, but the checkout staff must be paying some kind of price. They serve you in a despicable, lazy manner, and especially with three people at the register, it doesn't work for just one...
They don't make a good impression; they have faces that make you lose your appetite.

I've been a cook for decades. No reason at 2:30 pm they're should be rotten old oil that they're cooking in. The food taste shows their contempt. Manager should be overseeing this crap.

Too nasty Hispanic ladies in that location left us at the drive-thru for about 7 minutes without saying anything to us. When we finally got to the window we got nothing but dirty looks and them talking in spanish. Will never go back to this Burger King again. O

Came here at 10am to order food. Go all threw ordering, came to the window gave my card to pay for the order to a lady and she handed me my card back after swiping it. Then waited 2 mins for my food only to have another lady come up with baged food only to tell me I stilled owed money. Not right I already payed and the first lady didn't even say I owed anything. Terrible service also came here June 10th2025 waiting five mins in line and I left because your really slow. You need to open your second window. Im to the point of never coming back it's getting to rhe point where you need to shut down. 0 stars

I went into the restaurant, and was waiting to order when I needed the restroom. The attendant wouldn’t give me the key until I ordered. As it wasn’t my turn yet, she wanted to take my order and make the other customers wait. I expressed that I needed the restroom immediately but she said not until I paid. Not only did I leave, but I urinated in the restaurant on my way out. It’s humiliating and disgusting. All because she couldn’t understand the urgency. I understand policies, but I also understand customer service and humanity
