Was excited to have some wings and waffles. Ordered online. Arrived 1130am and this so called restaurant was closed. Very disappointed. On your door it says 11am open. Will not be ordering here ever again. If your in the mood for chicken just go to Popeyes.

Having Kentucky Fried Chicken and Popeyes in the same area you should go there instead the chicken was dry the sauce did not help the waffle was grainy I have had better frozen waffles than this onetake care of local businesses. But in this case just go someplace else. The Chinese buffet down the street cheaper and better.

smells like old fryer grease. food would be ok if they actually cleaned their fryers or at least drained the food that comes out of the fryer. and with all the delivery service stickers all over the door this place seems more like a ghost kitchen that you're not supposed to go into.

No issues with staff but while the gentleman was taking my order, he coughed twice without turning away nonetheless covering his mouth.The restaurant had a old smell to it, the decor was not inviting nor looked very clean.Unfortunately I will not return to this establishment. The food; subpar

One word... Outstanding! The portions are great especially for the price. The customer service is outstanding. I feel a true sense of gratitude from the owners. Roosters has a really nice mom and pop atmosphere. The coating on the chicken isn't heavy and it heats up really well the next day. The waffle... No words ?

I am so disappointed in this establishment. I was truly looking forward to it. They have been “open” for well over a year. I’ve tried a few times to go there and they either do not have what’s offered on their menu (multiple items), or open for two days closed for two weeks. Then when I was able to get food, it was mediocre at best, hope you like overpowering salt. Now I see you blasting yourself all over social media as the best. I don’t normally do these kind of reviews, but damn, Do better or close! Good luck!

Good eats, no lie. Wanted something other than the usual and took a chance. I went in around 3 pm and got fresh, made to order food. Really nice staff and, very important, pretty clean premises. Moist chicken and good breading; I prefer waiting for good food rather than getting fast & average food. Seasoned fries were good & will try the waffle next time. Lots of different sauces, the mango was tasty. Will go back with friends & co-workers for breakfast & lunch. Will see what the food is like when it's crowded with people late for work and "hangry" are waiting...

I can't speak for the food here, but when I placed an order via their website in January 2023 I arrived to find the restaurant closed. I attempted to contact the restaurant many times over the following week to get my money back but it always appeared to be closed. I had to hunt down their social media manager on facebook in order to get my refund. Apparently during this time the restaurant was in between owners and was closed for some reason. I can't see myself coming back to try out the food. I don't trust this restaurant and between the name changes of the place and the weird hours they just don't seem reliable.
The door was closed before 6pm on friday when we went to collect our fully paid for food and no one answered the phone to at least refund us. 1 star might be generous

The liege waffles are delicious. The chicken was a bit dry. They have a lot of sauces to choose from, but they no longer carry my favorite sauce. It was like a garlic aioli but I think they don't use that supplier anymore. It's a pretty good place though.

This place was gross. The kid working there was very nice but he gave me a side of mayo where the oil completely separated and was was floating at the top. That's means it's spoiled. My chicken sandwich was all bread and 2 tiny tenders. My office is down the street so I'm disappointed it wasn't better. I would never go back here.

I’ve never written a review before but this place deserves it sooo much. Best place in the area by far! The chicken is cooked perfectly every single time I go there and the waffles are to dieee for. I’m very picky and the food here is seriously so good. Everything on the menu. If you haven’t tried this place go you wont be disappointed!

Food (tenders with buffalo sauce) was very good two weeks ago and the only guy there who was taking calls and doing the cooking was friendly, nice and helpful.I ordered online earlier tonight and was given pick up time of 9:05 p.m. Materials online and at restaurant state they are open until 10 p.m.I was charged on my card and when i arrived early at 9 p.m. for my food, they were closed. Called credit card company and spent my time filing complaint to get the charge back.This place states new management but if it really is new, they are working the same type of incompetent style as the last group where this type of stuff of closing super early happened all the time. I understand COVID and the challenges of work force are an ongoing problem but charging the card and confirming the order when your closed is not acceptable.So to be fair I think the food (or at least the chicken tenders) is pretty good, but management is just not up to the job of running this place. Can't make sense that they don't have a trigger to stop taking online orders when they aren't even open.I guess my advice would be to always call in your order and not pay the $1.50 "convenience" fee for ordering online.11/30/22 couple days later and I am less angry and going to upgrade my review to 2 stars bc the food was good on my first visit (2 weeks ago) in past year and would have given that visit alone 4 stars. Still find the incident described above to be a huge dropped ball that I hope they will address at some point.
