This is the second time I went at dinner time. They were out of everything; one type of rice, no beans, no salsa at all, no veggies, only chicken left for protein. They close late so you would think at 6pm they would restock. I thought the first time that maybe it was just a busy night but when it happened again, now its just their lack of planning and poor customer service. The staff could care less and acted like I was an inconvenience and looking to order something they don't serve. Get it together!

My husband and I both got food poisoning from this location two days before Thanksgiving. On top of getting sick, the staff here was incredibly rude and dismissive. We felt like we were bothering everyone just trying to ring our order up... I don't usually come to this location but I'll be sure to never swing by it again.

This location is a disgrace to the brand. Piles of dirty dishes on the counters. Watched one worker sneeze into the white rice he was carrying. Ice machine wasn’t working. When I went back to the counter to ask about it. The employee without a word, took a cup and went out back and came back with very little ice in it.

Worst employees ever. People hanging out behind the counter that don’t even work there. Music blasting through a blown speaker…. They were annoyed to take my order so I left. How is this still open?

Stood in line waiting to be served while multiple employees just talk to eachother giggling like school girls in the back. I’m the only person there btw and on top of that there is crappy music being blasted through a speaker. Finally someone from their mini bar came over and helped me. The honey chicken by itself was good but the rice was crusty, not worth the 17 dollars I paid for it at all.

Half the time they never serve their portions properly. 7/10 times I arrive there. They don't have enough meat in their front line and skip on their servings because of it. You will not get your money's worth over here in this location.
Today, their honey chicken was probably like 3 servings left so she gave me a half portion. They were very low on rice. This is during peak lunch hours.

The rice was uncooked and crunchy, the food tasted stale. Do NOT recommend this place, how do you screw up a burrito bowl?? Save your money and go somewhere else. Taco Bell down the street is better than this.

The establishment was not clean at all !!! Food all over the floor, there were no napkins or anything for the customers to take out to eat with or clean your hands or face after. Last but not least THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE AND THERE WAS AN EMPLOYEE USING PROFANITY THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN LINE and that was a while.

I like chipotle. I have tried this one multiple times and they often give me brown guac and dry flavorless steak. Just go to a different location
Waited 30 minutes for my pick up order after it said to be picked up at 7:10 I did not leave until 7:40 , I also got my food and it was leaking everywhere. I ordered rice and there was no rice at all so the meat was leaking through the container. I also only ordered pinto beans and there was an extreme amount of black and pinto beans & meat. No rice! Everything was a mess! Went inside and asked for rice since it was not provided. I had to switch everything over to the new bowl with rice it was a disaster. To top it off the meat I got was all fatty & so unenjoyable. I normally wouldn’t write a review but it’s not hard to prep food and have things out in a timely matter. There’s no reason for me to wait 30 minutes for food and have my order made completely wrong … Management definitely needs to step in.

used to love this chipotle but my past 3 orders have had either missing items, hair in food, and now my husband had a piece of rubber from idk what in his bowl. im not sure whats going on recently because ive never had issues with this chipotle. not sure if i want to comeback. i order multiple times a month.
