I had one of the worst experiences at this Chipotle location. First, the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. Two different guys claimed to be the “manager” and neither of them had any clue what they were doing. Instead of helping, they were arguing with me over a simple issue.
According to Chipotle’s own policy, guac should be offered either inside the bowl or on the side for veggie bowl.
But these so-called managers refused to give it at all and argued about it instead. Totally unacceptable.
To make things worse, they ran out of most of the veggies by the end of the day, and whatever was left looked terrible. I even saw an employee trying to serve food with the wrong utensil – using the chicken spoon for veggies! When I pointed it out, they just shouted at me. It was pure chaos.
The store is poorly managed, the staff is untrained and disrespectful, and the food was tasteless. Avoid this location at all costs. I’ve been to other Chipotles and never had an experience this bad. This place is a mess.
Behavior was not good. Took extra money may be by mistake or what. But did not refund or counted the items again. The supervisor was very rude.
This is one of the worst Chipotle’s I have ever been to. They run out of salad dressing just an hour after they open, the corn salsa and tomato salsa is often flavorless and they can never get an online order correct.
Absolutely disgusting! Nothing was fresh, received old fatty pieces of meat. None of the sides/toppings were fresh. They should nor have felt content packing that bowl for anybody it should’ve went in the trash. The bowl didn’t have any lettuce or sour cream. Queso tasted olx and powdery. Chipotle has fell off drastically, literally playing in people faces with the crap face serve to people. This locationis just as lousy as the others, at this point, they really need to close all Chipotle’s!
This big shredded man, I think his name was Lane made a bomb ass burrito. I will totally go again.
Came in late at night and was greeted with polite attentive people putting together my order with care. The restaurant was clean and the food was made perfectly. 100/10
If I could give the atmosphere a 0 star I would. After going to get food the status of the place was horrid. Food seemed to have been sitting for some time. The place was dirty food everywhere even on the checkout counter. Everything empty and no ice? Yeah it was terrible.
I love chipotle but what I hate is going there and them having nothing. now on multiple occasions they have been out of certain meats and that I can understand based off staffing and demand. What I can't understand is on most if not all occasions they have no guac, sour cream or even cheese. how does one run out of things like this on a regular basis. I will be going to berlin turnpike chipotle or Moes from now on. maybe it's just this location, but I'm done trying

This is what you get from Chipotle. 1 star is too much. When I picked up they don’t even bother to tell that half your order is missing. Junk food chain

Every time we go to Chipotle they are either out of a protein and tonight didn’t disappoint they didn’t have guacamole. What a joke. Never going there again. Moe’s at least doesn’t run out of the main foods
They wear glove but touch everything with them. Including money then food . They are slow and talk too much to each about nothing . Need new management . Then team shows lack of leadership

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent dining experience at your location at 1084 Silas Deane Hwy, Wethersfield, CT 06109 on 01/17/2025
I placed an online order at 6:40 PM, with the earliest available pickup time being 6:50 PM. I was initially pleased with the prompt availability, however, I ended up waiting until 7:25 PM for my order to be processed. This significant delay caused considerable frustration.
Upon receiving the order, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The quesadilla was severely burnt and unappetizingly soggy due to inadequate salsa packaging.
Furthermore, I observed that while there were 2-3 employees attending to walk-in customers, only one employee appeared to be responsible for fulfilling online and mobile orders. This clear disparity in service levels created a significant backlog and ultimately led to the unacceptable delays I experienced.
The purpose of this grievance is not to seek a refund, but rather to bring these serious concerns to your attention. I believe that this level of service and food quality does not reflect the high standards that the Chipotle brand is known for.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take necessary corrective actions to improve the customer experience and ensure that food quality remains consistent. This includes addressing the apparent understaffing for online orders and implementing better quality control measures.
