The chicken al-pastor was almost empty so I asked if they were gonna refill it . And the guy said , no that’s it . I asked for fajita veggies . He says they’re gonna have to make some . And the portions are not worth 13$. Chipotle is just overpriced and overhyped . Not gonna be bqck .

6:45 pm and it's a 10 minute wait for chicken, steak and barbicoa. The big sign says Carne Asada but they say they no longer offer it. If so why have a huge sign saying you do? The tables are dirty too. Chipotle this is the 2nd location I've reviewed where it was a terrible experience.

The worst chipotle I’ve been to.. when they do have food, it’s subpar but typically they never have anything prepared. Asked for dressing, like I always do when I go to pay, guy working said they don’t have it… when I explained further that I wanted to vinaigrette, he told me he won’t get it for me and that I should have asked another worked. Will be driving to the Glastonbury location from now on

Who owns this franchise location? Whomever it is, they need to clean house. The only bad Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.Out of lettuce, rice, chicken, and low on everything else at 6pm dinner rush.The guy making my food told me, “we are out of lettuce” as I’m sitting there looking at a full bin of lettuce on the other prep bar. Refuses to open the fridge and pull out a fresh container of lettuce. Finally another employee steps up and does it.Manager sitting with another employee at a table in the dinning room cursing loudly while a family with kids sits behind them.Place was filthy. My sons tacos were a mess.

Absolutely deplorable. We placed an online order and when we got there to pick it up, it was not ready, and they were out of many things that we had ordered with no notification. They would not give us a refund for the items that were unavailable but had already paid for online. And when we asked if we could have guacamole instead, we were told no.The staff was rude. The restaurant was dirty. The food was gross. I will absolutely never go back
I got takeout from here a few months ago. It was my first time trying Chipotle. I ordered a steak quesadilla with hot sauce and sour cream on the side. I also ordered chips with guacamole and queso. The quesadilla was really good. The sauce was actually hot, which I liked. Because you know how some places advertise hot sauce but it’s not hot at all. The chips were okay, I wasn’t a fan of the guacamole, it was really bland. The queso was fine though. Not the best though. But, it’s Chipotle so I wasn’t expecting gourmet food. Overall, I liked it.
