I ordered a latte and a single donut. I actually don’t know if the latte even has coffee in it… essentially what I received is a cup of milk. And the single donut I ordered was thrown in the bag upside down so most of the frosting is smeared in the bag.
How do you mess up coffee and a donut?

Went for munchkins and cold brew I was handed a box with frosting all over by a female employee. No attempt to clean it or given napkins. When brought up I was told sorry about that. Maybe instead of trying to get back to your conversation pay attention its simple stop being careless. Get it together, pic was after I wiped it

All the females had a huge attitude, 12-5-23 i asked for a certain amount of pumps which im getting charged for and turns out they didn't even had anything basically other than coffee and creamer, but i got charged $4.21 for the iced coffee smh??♂️

Update: take you money and go to the Dunkin down the road.. you'll get it in 5 minutes or less with no attitude.. this drive thru is the worst and coming inside to order is even worse than that ... Why does this drive thru always take 30 minutes now for an order? Literally 30 minutes in line and only 3 cars ahead of me.... there's no need for a drive thru anymore.. they used to be really fast and convenient ... now I'm late to work everyday!!!!!!!
WARNING ?⛔️BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE This place was horrible to me & me being so calm on how customers get treated here today October 17th came in asking to warm up food just to be warm and was refused then I didn't want really cold food so asked for my money back the lady in blond hair was so rude & horrible kinda like be little me it was so embarrassing for her not me everyone was shocked on how horrible she was Dunkin shouldn't have people like that working or managing a place with people like this then the little girls that were working there didn't wear gloves touching their faces it was just horrible I will not return to this place again hope dunkin donuts train the girls better so no one has to go through this

Literally NEVER get an order right! I was there at 6:45 this morning with NO ONE infront or behind me in the drive through. Repeated my border 3 times and still got the wrong coffee and not what I asked for with my bagel! This is just sad when 3 people working in an empty restaurant can’t get TWO items correct!

Today OCTOBER 17TH 2023...This place is a dump people please believe the negative reviews on here especially with the service when I went in I saw workers not using gloves touching people's food with hands when I see them touching face & nose it was gross & also workers arguing with customers it was bad poor customer wanting her food warm & they refused to on top of that the blond lady at the register so mean to the customer just because she wanted her money back because of bad service & COLD FOOD I walked out Never again will I go to this Dunkin again & to the owner I hope they see this & fire those girls or train them better because it was sad the way they treated customers I hope the lady that went through this puts in a Negative Review as well ? I'm disappointed about this place especially that blond lady as well that gave her a hard time I will be posting a picture of her as soon as I know how

Great I love dunkin only issue sometimes is they don’t put enough Carmel in my ice coffee but that’s just me being a pain
The food is delicious we go here all the time but the service is alright we deal with it because of how great the food and drinks are .
