Staff rude asf went around 9 pm n the old lady spoke with a lot of sarcasm when I asked if she still had donuts then I asked if they were fresh and she asked me what do I think that they were from this morning then I ordered a med hot chocolate n she gave me hot water n whipped cream I wanted to turn around so bad but I was already too far by the time I realized she gave me watered down hot chocolate would never recommend goin here at least not in the evening smh š¬

Worst Dunkin on the Salis Dean. Donāt go here. Theyāre incredibly slow. Refuse to acknowledge you when youāre sitting at the order station for five minutes and they let people cut in front of you. Never going here again!

It is 25 degrees out and I asked for a mango refresher with no ice. Girl hands me refresher with the filled to the brim with ice. I politely at first asked for no ice, she said her owner and manager says you cannot get it with no ice. I didnāt know it was mandatory to get drinks with ice. Especially when itās cold out.

This was the worst professional experience I ever had. Went through the drive through and first of all, the person who took my order automatically assumed. What kind of coffee I would have without asking me how I take my coffee or giving me the time? Who let her know that I wanted my coffee with cream and sugar. Then when I got up to the window to pick up my coffee. The dirtiest of looks that this young lady gave me from the window. Her rudeness her attitude and her behavior was unacceptable for a place that should thrive on good customer service practice. It is unacceptable to treat your customers. That way unacceptable to look at your customers that way and unacceptable to speak to your customers with a rude and unprofessional demeanor. If I was her supervisor I definitely would either give her retraining on what it means to be a customer service oriented position because food service is customer service or definitely would reprimand her on her behavior.

Instead of two BEC one everything, one croissant I got one EC on everything and one SEC on a croissant. My daughter wouldnāt even eat the sausage one.
Seemed like she knew there might be an issue, just went with itā¦.

There was no line behind meIt would have been nicer if she said no or to come in/ drive back around. All the other employees have been really kind but I never want to go back after today lol I'd rather go to Berlin Turnpike where they always get my order wrong than re-encounter her eye roll and rudeness
