Great food- as all the other reviewers pointed out- the food is incredibly flavorful, fresh and fast. For picky eaters like me I was grateful that on line ordering is very easy and all of the menu items provide multiple modification options which is a major plus. The team member working was the perfect mix of laid back but on the ball, hospitable but not overbearing- the perfect experience for a rainy Sunday night- 5stars all the way.
love El Pollo Guapo, and especially the Newïngton Center location. delicious, very customizable bowls, friendly staff,quick and easy pick up. I've been so happy since they moved a couple blocks down from my office.5 Stars
Let me start out by saying I never go out of my way to write reviews online if restaurants. I showed up recently at 7:50pm…I didn’t know they closed at 8pm. I walked into the restaurant not knowing this information and usually most places are ready to go home by now. I wouldn’t have even showed up if I knew they closed at 8pm because I’d feel bad having the employees stay and wait.
