I haven't been there for probably twenty years. My ex wife's grandmother would take us there. I decided to bring my almost adult children there. A very old school restaurant. You get the choice of soup af the day or salad. I was a little apprehensive ordering the chicken marsala. Many times I have let down eating it without the marsala flavor. I know how to cook. The wine has to be reduced by 3/4 to get the taste. I asked the waiter if they did indeed reduce it....
Their banquet room was a great location for my mother's 80th birthday party. It had dedicated restrooms and held 50 people comfortably. The reasonably priced buffet meal consisted of wine, soda, coffee, vegetable, fruit, cheese, and crackers appetizer, rolls, mixed green salad with two dressings, mixed vegetables, rice, chicken marsala, vegetable lasagna, penne with vodka sauce, and shaved roast beef. The staff was friendly and attentive and all of the food was very good.
Love going here for Holliday buffets! My favorites for Easter were the baked chicken, salmon, green beans, and lamb. Also have delicious desserts with carrot cake, chocolate cake, pudding and cookies.
