very unpleasant experience, me and my 2 friends were dining in and we didn’t get talked to for 20 minutes and when the server finally came over he only gave us water and walked away then we had to wait 10 minutes for the waiter to come back and when he did I asked for a menu because none was provided and he left for another 5 minutes and brought when and then left again and when we finally got the chance to order it took a while for our food to come. In addition when the food was given the waiter left before I could ask for a for a fork and then finally the waiter came back with our boba and left again before I could ask for one. Then he came over to ask for the check and just took my food without asking if I was done. Then when I was paying I feel like I was overcharged because 29$ for 2 bobas and one kids ramen is very expensive. Finally when I was signing the bill I felt very negative energy towards me and my friends because we were younger and they treated us back because we were younger and this is not okay since we are good consumers to places like this and enjoy supporting restaurants. This made me sad and I don’t think I will return for a while due to this experience.

Good food, worth the hype. Ramen are around $17 each and you get eleven ramen selections. We only tried the first option - the beef Ramen and it was good. The broth tasted like pho likely because of the beef broth but the meat and noodles were great. The dumplings are good and so are the five spice wings. The staff were all coordinated and helped us at eag point, everything came out in time and just as requested. Overall a good dinning experience.

Kaliubon Ramen Slaps! Having frequented this Wethersfield establishment for over two years, we've never encountered a subpar meal. Korean Wings and Brussels make an excellent appetizer duo.

Our latest visit included the Kaliubon Ramen, Curry Ramen, Brussels, and a Honeydew Milk Tea with Boba – all delicious. This milk tea experience may convert me. For authentic Ramen, this location comes highly recommended. Please note that its popularity and size can lead to waits, though bar seating and take-out options mitigate this.

Wow!!!! We went to Kaliubon tonight for the first time and were blown away. We each got the beef ramen and it was sublime! The deepest richest broth and succulent flavorful slices of beef in it. Incredible. They make their own ramen noodles too. I got the spicy edamame appetizer and it was fantastic and unique and deliciously hot. My husband had the lamb bao and said it was delicious. They make their own bao buns too. The boba drink I had was so good as well and dairy free. Also it’s very cute inside(which you cannot tell from the outside) with a variety of seating such as booths, tables and half table/booths. The employees were ALL incredibly friendly and attentive. We cannot wait to go back!!!!

Food and service were great. Got the tonkatsu and added some of the house hot oil and it was fantastic. Server also recommended the beef ramen and the kaliubon so will definitely get one of those next time.
