I was at the plaza so thought it would be convenient to place an online order to pick up at the drive through. It was supposed to be ready by 1:40. By 2:00 I still hadn't been informed it was ready and just as I was about to cancel, I was notified it was ready at the drive through. There was one car ahead of me. It was still elevating at the window for 20 minutes. They left without food do I think they cancelled their order. I waited another 5 minutes before someone returned with my order. I thought it would be quick but wish I had read the reviews

I generally like the food when I order inside, but the drive through and to go orders are terrible! My mediocre “full” salad was the size of a half.. maybe.. there was 1 pecan in it and only 2 small slices of apple. It was filled with iceberg lettuce and tomatoes… horrible! And for the lovely price of $12!!!

Ordered food to be picked up online and when I went there. They were 20 orders behind. I of course couldn’t wait because I was on my lunch break and unfortunately had to leave. The manager there scribble my name on a piece a paper because I asked for a refund. She assured me the refund would be given back in 24 hours. It’s been 5-6 days.

Worst location I have ever been to. They can never keep up with orders. I can’t eat my food on my lunch time due to it take OVER 30 MINUTES to make every single time I come even in the drive thru!! Makes me not want to eat at Panera ever again.

This is the worse Panera that you can visit. Unfortunately, is the closest to my home. I have had to call several times when picking up an order to get refunded whether because an item is missing or the food is poorly served. They have a bunch of young people working there that are always joking around not paying attention to what they’re doing. It’s very frustrating to get to your house and check your order and notice that it’s not up to par with what has been ordered. I just picked up a chicken noodle soup, which has no chicken, no veggies, and no noodles. I wish I could post the video. They charged me almost $9 for a bowl of broth. It’s ridiculous, these young employees should be trained properly and it doesn’t seem that they are.
Baked goods and iced teas are great, but Wendy's has better chile

Reviews speak for themselves. I’m not one to give bad reviews but this location is really bad. Service is super slow, management is not great. Huge room for improvement, I would recommend almost any other location over this one.

stopped there tonight to pick up dinner and drive 20min home to find haft my order was missing. they have there set to not pickup. custom service was no help either

Worst experience. Don’t go here, unless you want to waste your lunch hour. The drive through should be closed, they have no staff to attend to it, wait time is at least 30 mn to order and then 20 mn for the order.

Ordered a toasted sandwich since they don’t even own panini presses anymore in the store…. Told them specifically I want it toasted. Get the sandwich and it’s basically frozen cold . 15$ sandwich and soup and they can’t even follow simple instructions on how to make a sandwich which is their entire job and work. Panera sucks now a days
