I used to go here a lot. Their food is great and customer service was great too. Prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately, I'll never go back there due to my last experience. The person I spoke to on the phone could NOT take a simple order. He kept repeating it back to me incorrectly. FINALLY after what seemed like at least 5 minutes of explaining this order.....a large new york style pizza with extra cheese, chicken tenders, small waffle fries and large regular fries......I show up and he asks me if mine was the large pizza, fries....I said "yes" I get home and sure enough there's just the small waffle fries. I called him and he didn't say sorry, please come pick it up...he argued with me about how he told me when I got there....he didnt...he was just trying to figure out which order was mine. Btw I had paid for all of my order. He said well, I tried to repeat it to you....I said, are you seriously going to actually argue about an order of fries that you very clearly screwed up after I repeated it to you over and over again on the phone?? It was more important to him that he was "right" (he wasn't) than to just apologize and have me come back to pick them up. The amount of money I've spent there is ridiculous and I used to refer people all of the time. That guy should not be working at a pizza place and definitely not in customer service. Everyone else there is amazing and kind. And the food as well. I just do not want to go back. Not telling anyone else not to go there though. Just be careful to check your entire order is there.

Been coming here for a long time. The quality of the food has changed gotten worse, the person who claims to the manager (cripple) is extremely rude charged me more than what was on the receipt. When I caught him. He was extremely rude, refused to give me his name and the owners information. I will be filing a complaint with BBB and the AG office. This is the 3rd time he has over charged me shameless people

Terrible terrible terrible! The food was absolutely horrible! The wings smelled like the honey chipotle smoked a pack of cigarettes, the pizza was okay but I would never order from here

After a while feels like owner is paying attention to recipe dough and food quality what we were missing for a while it’s a big difference when chicken is grilled not through the oven and we definitely missing that taste in chicken. 911 sauce was no doubt amazing today the whole food was surprisingly back to original that make us drive all the way 40 miles to enjoy halal food here thanks for paying attention we really thankful
