Didn’t give me my two biscuits or a receipt and WHAT is this Mac and cheese ?? 🤢 barely even anything in it either

Every time I come here all pay a different price for the same exact thing. Today I paid 18.99 for a 5pc spicy tender combo, when the drive thru menu and app clearly state 13.99. When I questioned the person at the window I was given an attitude. Quite annoyed that they always charge more and always upsize your meal to a large especially when I don't ask for it. Clearly the owner of this establishment is looking for profit in any way possible.

The employees here are very racist towards black customers..they ignored me the entire time I was standing there waited forever to place in my order..Instead was gossiping/laughing..One of the employees mumbled in Spanish and mentioned something about black folks…AND REFUSE TO LET ME GO TO THE RESTROOM..I NEED TO CONTACT COOPERATE IMMEDIATELY

Came here several times for lunch and I wish there were better lunches nearby. Have gotten raw chicken twice, and every time I order they try to up charge me to large meals even though I explicitly decline them. Reeked of weed today, which I wouldn’t care about if not for the other complaints.

This location routinely omits items from my order. Unfortunately, I live 20 minutes away, so I can not reasonably go back to contest my order. The staff just are not attentive enough to assure that a customer's order is correct. All the staff at this Popeyes location needs some serious retraining!

Parking: I almost got hit from someone racing from the drive thru.

Popcorn shrimp tastes like old, dirty grease. I threw the whole thing out after 2 bites. Mac & cheese looked old and was served iced cold. Also threw away. The biscuit didn't suck. They also didn't have the side or dessert I'd ordered but they didn't know this til after I'd already paid and they'd parked me.

The food is typically fine at this location. I've not had issues. What I have had is terrible service. I've told myself I would stop going to this location, but it's close by, and I like my occasional Popeye's fix. The past three times I've been, something has been wrong with my order. They forgot I asked for a drink with no ice, they might leave a biscuit out when I order an extra one. They'll not give me my breast when I request a substitution on a 3 piece combo meal. That sort of stuff. They do not listen very well. Order from here if you must but DO NOT LEAVE THE PREMISES BEFORE YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER. Getting home and realizing your order is wrong is a real disappointment.

It has been a good 6-7 years since the last time ordered from Popeye's, and it was my first time at the Wethersfield location. I had forgotten how good their food is! I think these are my favorite fast food fries and possibly my favorite fast food chicken, as well. Tonight, I got the Big Tenders Box... 3 BIG tenders, 2 sides, and a biscuit for only $6.99.

Service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious.

Sorry for the lack of pictures. I went through Drive-Thru and ate half of it before I got home. :)

Silver waited on us. He is great! Friendly and helpful. The food is good. My 1 1/2 year old granddaughter loved the chicken tenders.
The restaurant is very clean.

Kid-friendliness: My little granddaughter loved it. She especially liked looking out the window watching the activity outside…cars going by; people walking in. Everyone here is friendly. I could tell that she felt very comfortable.
