I just left this Popeyes on Silas Deane Highway. When I got home noticed I didn't get my pies. I tried using the app to voice my complaint but it was of no help. It asked me to pick the item from my order that was incorrect, but gave me a blank list to choose from. Then when I tried contacting the store directly. I kept getting hung up on, as if the phone was disconnected. So now I have to waste my time and gas to go all the way back over there to speak to someone about my issue. Super disappointed. Y'all gotta do better. Food & gas are too expensive for this.

Ordered delivery directly from the website. Received the wrong food. Online customer service did nothing. Tried calling the store directly and didn’t go through. Went to the store the guy at the counter said there was nothing he can do. The manager came over and gave me the ‘right’ order. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken. Only got 6. Ordered a regular fry and it was missing. By time I got the right order it was cold and they wouldn’t remake.

What is this really worst
The staff are very fast and nice. Its very nice that it's open late! However the food is pretty hastily made, and seasonings just lightly thrown on top. They also forgot our sauces.

They literally just hire anybody at this location. They could never get an order right!!!!

I stopped going to this location after the last two visits resulted in me being charged for an extra biscuit, or dessert. I decided to give it another try after a year hiatus. Guess what? They over charged me again.
They hide small extra charges to your bill in hopes you won’t notice. They don’t tell you how much you’re paying at the drive thru, you have to ask. They won’t offer a receipt, so you’d better ask.

I've never posted any complaint for restaurants because I'm able to typically solve matters directly with management via a phone call or email. However, that is not possible with this location. The phone number says that are 'not accepting calls at this time'. And their customer service is a chat that clearly uses ai and cannot function correctly.
My wife and I ordered drive thru on Sunday 9/21 between 130pm and 145pm (around that time frame). We ordered the #1 sandwich combo with fries, a doctor pepper, and a pie. The total order was roughly $17 and some change. This morning I looked at my bank statement online and I was charged $26.66! How is that possible? I tried to call the number to get this corrected and I cannot get a hold of the restaurant as if the phone is basically disconnected. I reached out to Popeye's customer service online and they don't have any human beings answering the phone. It disconnects the call and prompts me to deal with an online ai chat that also leads to nowhere.
I don't want to have to contact my bank to let them know that this was a fraudulent charge before talking to someone, but there are no other options for me to speak with anyone unless I go to the restaurant itself, which is way out of the way.
This has been a terrible customer experience and I am not recommending Popeye's to anyone. These situations could be avoided. I'm sorry

I do not feel comfortable sharing my last 4 digits of my card but I can come into the restaurant tomorrow in person and share the details if that is ok. Thank you. I am writing to express my disappointment with the chicken sandwich I recently purchased. The sandwich was quite oily, and unfortunately, I did not enjoy the taste. I ended up discarding it. I sincerely hope that you will address this issue and regain my trust. I am optimistic that my next experience will be more positive. If not, I will have to give your Louisiana kitchen food a zero-star rating.

As a uber work with uber eats and also as a customer of Popeyes never had that bad experience with employees went there to pick up order for someone lady was at window was so rude I’ve n she doesn’t know that how to talk with customer she was white short at door went there before always all employee are being nice I just wanna say that if business has employee like that who always feel like they are tired and they don’t wanna work so better to shutdown business or find new employees who really wanna work

Food was fine. Biggest issue is more than once I’ve been upsized without being asked and not told what the total for the order is at all. I had to check my account to realize he upsized me to a large and at the drive thru/window was never told what the total was. Shame on me for not asking but this is the only place I’ve been to that just will upsize your order without even asking you first. Also the manager taking my order was very rude and short with me which made it all the more frustrating.
