Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

They never delivered car side and had to go in after giving them extra time. It was just sitting there waiting. Girl said she was only one there but there was like no customers and the car side pickup is like 10 feet from the register. If you aren’t doing car side, don’t have the option. Not sure why drive thru wasn’t an available option.

Wildly inefficient

Overall all it was good I don't understand the long lines and wait.the chicken was good not dried out in any ways.

I have been to the Wethersfield location several times and this last time the experience was less than optimal. We waiting 45+ mins in the one line that was open. Our meals included soggy not cooked fries and the Coke we ordered tasted either like Coke Zero or had the wrong carbonation. After waiting so long, the meal was not worth it. Disappointing.

It’s like they’re purposefully trying to be slower everytime, THEY HAVE THE 2ND DRIVE THROUGH LINE BLOCKED OFF DURING THE LUNCH RUSH???? The management clearly has no care for this location, been to two other canes and none have this poor reviews

Stopped by the Raising Cane’s in Wethersfield just to grab a quick meal — three chicken fingers and some fries — and it ended up taking about 25 minutes. That’s not a typo. Twenty-five minutes for basic fast food. The line wasn’t even long, but the kitchen seemed super backed up. By the time the food came out, I was just frustrated. No reason it should take that long for something so simple.

Came here to grab food on 7/23/25 from drive thru. The drive thru is closed with cones in front of it. I wasn't planning on dinning in thats what the drive thru is for. Wow! Can't belive you haven't even been open a month and your service is going down hill, just like all your locations. It's like once your known you start being lazy with not enough staff to do your job correctly. Bring the Dennys back. Poor service

I am new to Connecticut and wanted to try out Canes for the first time.. So I went to the new one in Wethersfield, little did I know I would be laughed out, lied to, and get the door slammed on me. I had just gotten there after driving across the state for this and as soon as i got the door one of the employees came out and told us “they were closed”. They close at 12am, it’s 6:15pm. I had asked if it was a joke and she had told it was serious and said she wasn’t allowed to say why and then jokingly said “Were out of chicken” 🙄 she sarcastically said “Come back tomorrow”. I am appalled at this behavior and I am now terrified to go to any Rasing Canes, this experience has made me very anxious.
