We have eaten here many times usually the food is good. The lobster tail in my daughter's meal wasn't edible looked uncooked. My crab legs were overcooked and the sauce was supposed to be garlic/butter and there wasn't any garlic chunks or anything.

My husband and I came here because I really wanted a seafood boil. We live pretty close and have never been. The food was SO good. BUT more than that our waitress and the service manager Judy made our night. We will 100% be back.

The food was expensive for no reason. Our waitress dropped our food off then never came back. She didn't even bring me a thing to crack my crab shells with so I had to use my teeth .... She was attentive to her other tables (2) but completely forgot about us. Thank goodness we had a gift card, cause I surely won't be back. My first time at a red lobster was pretty terrible lol

Our server was very busy so the manager, Carla, kept us from leaving because the wait was too long. Carla was amazing! She exceeded our expectations.
Food was exactly as ordered and hot.. service was exceptional when checking on us. Manager was outstanding coming to everything was to our liking. Pricing will sell sell some things that used to be $32 worth $46 so I do understand with everything going on price is will increase.. and you've been honored my military discount as a retired veteran
I’ve had the worst experience here. I came here with my family for lunch and as soon as our food was brought out flies came out of nowhere and were all over us. I’m not exaggerating there were more than 10 of them just flying all over us and our food. I felt so uneasy and disgusted that I couldn’t eat my food. The server was extremely nice and kept apologizing. She went to get the manager who never came out to apologize or offer us accommodations, simply told the server that he knew about the flies and they didn’t know where they were coming from. We ended up just bagging our food and taking it. If there were that many flies in the dinning area I can’t even imagine how many are out in the food prep area. Just disgusting and unsanitary! I will never eat or go this place ever again!!!
