had the pleasure of visiting the store tonight (1/15/26). I’ve lived in the area my whole life, and this was my first time discovering this little gem. I ordered four arancini, freshly made on the spot, and they were absolutely delicious! Thank you—hands down the best arancini I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I was craving for eggplant. I searched on Google for an Italian restaurant near home, and I found Sfizio. Although you can eat in, the food is daily prepared and placed in display. The owner [lovely lady] is from Sicily, therefore the recipes are Sicilian too. She told me that when I crave for an Sicilian meal, just call a day ahead and she will kindly prepare for me. Excellent customer service.
It's liking walking in to little Italy. It's amazing. The food is like you were in Italy. It's a small place, but you wouldn't think so when enter. I treat myself about twice a week when I can get there in time before they close. This is real Italian. Pizza, meat, olives. Everything. It has been decades since a real Italian place has been in Wethersfield Connecticut. Get there before 5:30 PM and you will see.
