I'm redoing my review of this store because of my experience this day of 3/6/25. I'm talking about the weathersfield location on the Silas dean highway. I went in for a coffee and was verbally told that our systems are down and can only order through the app or drive thu only. Confused, i asked again, "Can you just turn around and pour a cup, I'm standing in front of you, she said you have to use the app or go through the drive thu. Unbelievable, it's no wonder why they are getting laid off and told to step up their serving skills from upper management. Needles to say, i will never buy another Star Bucks coffee every. After 18 years as a customer, I'm ditching "STAR SUCKS"
Great service ! sadly every single time I order any frozen drink is always so watery and decoration on top so poor and not made with love at all .

I’m noticing a lot of one star reviews and I can understand why…I visited this Starbucks to enjoy a coffee with a friend, but unfortunately, my experience was not as welcoming as I had hoped. While my order was prepared correctly, the customer service fell short.
When I politely asked for cinnamon, the girl who assisted me seemed noticeably annoyed, which made me feel uncomfortable since it was just a simple request. Later, when I approached the counter again to ask for a to-go cup after spending some time there, I was met with the same unwelcoming demeanor. While I understand that everyone has off days, I couldn’t help but notice that she interacted more warmly with other customers, offering smiles and engaging with them in a friendly manner.
Consistency in customer service is key, and while this may have been an isolated incident, it did affect my overall experience. I hope that all customers, regardless of the circumstances and race, are met with the same level of courtesy and professionalism.

Horrible place! Dirty atmosphere, low stock items, and extremely slow, incompetent service!! Never will go back to this location. Whoever owns it needs to revamp everything! We waited for over 25 minutes for 2 refreshers, which mostly filled with ice. Rude service when we complained. Never again!

Absolutely Horrible!! On a Saturday afternoon my husband went into thus store for a cup of coffee, nothing fancy just a cup of coffee. He asked the girl behind the counter where he was standing if that's where he should order from. The lady looked and him, rolled her eyes and walked away. He looked at the other 2 girls behind the counter and they walked away also. He DID NOT receive any service!!! He had to go to Dunkin Donuts to get coffee. This is absolutely unacceptable!! I will tell anyone who will listen not to visit this store. Those girls should be fired.

Just the worst. Don't walk in here and expect a simple coffee order in under 10 minutes. How do I know? I waited 10 minutes for a cold brew, saw others that ordered after me get their orders, and then I decided to write this review. How can 5-6 employees fail this bad at a simple coffee? Just the worst service possible... Shameful.

Two stops in one week and they got the order wrong both times. Which is tough since this is the only Starbucks in the area. Very disappointing.

Drinks always taste burnt at this Starbucks since they remodeled.
Edit: in response to Starbucks’ comment below. The drinks consistently taste like this, it won’t matter if I go through and have them remake it multiple times.

I was trying to order a drink that i always get during fall, emily was telling me it wasn’t a drink and being very rude when it was just some confusion. She had no patience with us and she was acting very unprofessional. Would not come again.

The staff always kind and helpful. I love the new refreshers for this summer and excited for the new drinks that will come for fall
I don’t drink coffee but they always get my order correct and their refreshers are consistently amazing. There is not as much of a wait time as I used to see from observing the drive-thru.

I get that everybody has a bad day, But you really shouldn't take it out on the customer.
Had to go to the UPS store, which is across the street. In order to coffee and some egg white bites. Walked in saw the two coffees on the counter look to see if one of them was mine and it was. They ask me "are you XYZ name". Nope, Michael and I see my coffee, just wanting on my food.". No tone from me, just a statement of fact, and the woman snapped back at me. I was a bit shocked, but everyone is entitled to a bad day.
Then I looked at my shaken expresso drink. Well, you can see the photo, it isn't shaken. I shook my drink, and waited for my food. Not worth an argument.
Dietary restrictions: Like the fact you have non-dairy shaken iced drinks, just wish I didn't have to shake it myself.
