I don’t drink coffee but they always get my order correct and their refreshers are consistently amazing. There is not as much of a wait time as I used to see from observing the drive-thru.
I get that everybody has a bad day, But you really shouldn't take it out on the customer.
Had to go to the UPS store, which is across the street. In order to coffee and some egg white bites. Walked in saw the two coffees on the counter look to see if one of them was mine and it was. They ask me "are you XYZ name". Nope, Michael and I see my coffee, just wanting on my food.". No tone from me, just a statement of fact, and the woman snapped...

The only reason I’m giving this three stars is because the drive through like is horrible I never come to this Starbucks when there is a long line because it takes an hour to get a drink which is unbelievable, but everything else is fine
