Too much nickel and diming on everything. Charging different prices for all these bagels is crazy. $.40 for asiago more and now $.10 more for everything. I used to love this place, but I’m over it.
Okay definitely not returning after that strange response from the owner? My last visits I’ve been getting up charged 10 cents when I order an everything bag on a bacon egg and cheese? And they also do this for the Asiago. So maybe speak to your employees? Considering it’s not legal to charge a customer more than the listed price. Happy to send proof!

I have been swinging by here on my lunch break, and I am never disappointed. Charming people, fantastic sandwiches and donuts, local small business, exactly the kind of place we should be supporting.
Today, a bearded gentleman took my order, realized he didn't have the promised blueberry-filled donut in stock, and made one. Fast! Didn't stop to ask about it, didn't slow him down, he just took the extra step to make sure I got (the best donut in CT) what I ordered. Service like this is like an endangered species that should be protected, respected, and cherished!

I base this review solely on my apparently terrible decision to call ahead before making the 15-20 minute trip out there. I called at 530pm on a Friday to ask if the had any donuts left, due to the fact that they closed at 6. The woman who answered laughed and hung up the phone on me. I called back and a gentleman answered, I explained to him that I had my kids with me and we were trying to get some donuts, but we wanted to make sure it was worth it to race out there. He told me what they had left, with the woman spouting something in the background. Needless to say we didn’t go. Probably won’t ever. Which sucks, because finding REAL donuts is apparently harder than finding an organ donor….

Sorry for the poor review. We went on a Sunday morning looking for some fresh made donuts and bought 4 to try. Every donut felt day old. They were firm and not fresh. (I’m sorry.) The service was lovely. We got in the car and drove to Neil’s Donuts in Middletown and the donuts were the right texture. They were fresh and very flavorful.

Kid-friendliness: This place very much welcomes kids even hands out stickers which puts a smile on their face even kids love this place I've witnessed it ☺️
When I go into the place its always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the taste of the donuts the prices are reasonable. Great shop!!

Pulled up and was told they were closed even though they were serving people at the drive thru window. Person on speaker was very rude

Would have loved to tell you how the donuts are but didn’t get any. Went in today for the first time and received the worst service trying to to get 6 donuts and a latte. Nobody else was in the shop purchasing. The two young guys working couldn’t get it get together and actually put 6 donuts in a box for me. They kept telling me the donuts I picked would cost more. I said I didn’t care I just want six donuts and again couldn’t get them. These two were complete idiots. Also I had to request my large Carmel latte for the third time after one of the guys had to ask again what I wanted to drink. After much disgust I gave up and walked out!! Not one donut I asked for was ever put in a box and my latte was never started. I’ve lived in Wethersfield for 42 years and never have seen a business run so terrible. I will not return and will pass along my experience to everyone I know.
