My mother had picked up some food from here and let me tell you I'm very dissatisfied. The French fries with half a chicken were like it was cooked for some one else they didn't pick up the food so they re-cooked and I was the unlucky one who got it. It was all over cooked

My boyfriend and I went to pick up food from there. The food was great for American Chinese fast food. Out of habit, I wanted to know if we can get a free soda for our meal since we spent over a $100 and she said it was okay even though they don’t do that there. The lady is very nice and I still feel bad of getting free soda out of you. Next time l’ll tip large. Thank you for amazing food!!

I had a meeting across the street from Wang's last night. Been there before a few times after meetings (at police facility) and have been quite satisfied with the take-out meals. Meal was: Vegetable soup. Excellent. I usually add a bit of soy sauce to soup in Chinese restaurants; this soup stood well on it's own, no soy sauce. Then I had the vegetable egg roll. I wish I had ordered two, not that it was small. It was just that good. Didn't need duck sauce or mustard which I usually add to egg rolls. THEN the main course. Bean curd in brown sauce. A knockout! And they pack the food into the container like they think you'll never eat again! Vegetables, large slices of bean curd, delicious sauce. Just thinking of the leftovers in the fridge is making my mouth water. I live in West Hartford and so my trips to Wang's have been only on my meeting nights (Medical Reserve Corps), but I think my son will like this food so... PS: I called in my order, was ready 5 minutes earlier than the range they told me. Place is clean. Great vibes too, with other happy customers and very personable staff.

This use to be good food. Now it's nasty. thwy just lost a customer. I asked for pork fried rice and got barely any pork and the rice isn't good either. The chicken just came out of the frying pan and is like cardboard. Over fried. This place wasn't like this. I'm disappointed. Not coming back

I’ve been going here for several years. I recently noticed that the ingredients and chicken have been significantly downgraded. It’s not the same taste and quality that it used to be. The chicken was completely inedible. It was stringy and chewy. Another fellow Chinese restaurant provided advice as to what is happening and mentioned that this is the practice of using cheaper, frozen chicken, which always comes out stringy and almost impossible to eat. I am done going to this place and will check back in a year from now. If there are improvements, then I will switch back to 5 stars.
I don’t even be writing reviews but this spot is 10/10. I’ve only ordered delivery from this spot and it hasn’t missed. It’s always hot and the portions are huge. I always have leftovers. I usually get the general tso entree with lo mein. i switched it up and got the fried rice it was like a 6/10 but still bomb

I have been going to Wangs since I was a teenager so it’s been years! After Covid the food quality went downhill so I stopped going. But I recently decided to give them another chance and they won me over again. I hope they stay consistent!
