Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.

Ghetto! Uneducated about the menu if you ask a question about a wing special they hang up if you attempt to call back they send you to voicemail! Terrible place to order food very long wait time also and fries are never fresh when they tell you all your waiting for is fries.

Ordered for take out. Was missing many items - when I called back they actually said all food and drink was given and that the drivers sometimes keep it. They made no attempt to help and I am out the money for items I paid for and did not receive. Will not be ordered from here again.

The ranch does not taste same as other wing stops it was dirty, wings were soggy barely no sauce was placed on the wing.

My first time coming to wingsstop in Newington was a terrible service. From the minute I walk through the door the music was blasting to rap music and Profanity. NOT APPROPRIATE FOR FAMILY OR CHILDREN. While I was standing in line to take my order there was other people in line as well. The workers don't acknowledge you while Cleary they see you standing. I had to speak up and asked for a manager. The manager name was Beth and she told me to wait because she was going back and forth with other coworker to have them come to the front and take orders. While someone finally comes up to the register and takes orders. You have to wait a very long time to receive your order.
I WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE . IT LOST MY BUSINESS FOR GOOD ! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE CEO ON HOW TERRIBLE THIS PLACE IS AND HOW ITS BEING RUN !
RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

AMAZING customer service. I’ve been to a few different locations and nothing compares to this location. I had an issue with my order and they dealt with it very professionally and in the end, I got what I wanted and was satisfied. Would highly recommend this place🥳

They messed up my order and said I would get a refund, but every time I called i kept getting the run around, they sounded like total idiots, and I never received my refund! I will NEVER go back again! Horrible customer service,incompetent workers at this location!!

Absolutely worst place to go! I waited over an hour for my wings and was missing 10 wings! The shift lead was horrible to the customer and kept putting off certain orders as he please. I was told two different times that I would get a refund and still have not received one.
