Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have ordered from this location multiple times and they have messed up my order almost every time. They give small portions of meat with mostly fatty pieces and the sides are bland. This itself is bad but what’s prompting me to write this review is my most recent food delivery. I opened the order and i kid you not they gave me NO sides at all. No apology, nothing just the cold quesadilla and fork to eat my non existent sides. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

Went in tonight around 845 after they clearly just got through a big rush. There were only a couple other people in line besides myself at this point though. Asked the girl for a tiny bit more sour cream on my burrito and she proceeds to put an even larger scoop on it than before. It was clear she was rushing through the whole process and not paying attention to portion sizes. Proceeded to rush through rolling my burrito in the sloppiest way before rolling it down the counter as it it’s a bowling ball.

Walked in and the restaurant was a mess. Didn’t even bother going up to counter to order because if the front of house was that messy imagine what the kitchen looks like. Couldn’t pay me to eat at this location. You can visibly see the grime and grease on all surfaces. Should’ve looked at the reviews first before showing up.

Every time I order food from here, my orders is always wrong. I don’t understand why I’m gonna be calling corporate. Someone needs to get fired. I’m wasting my money and my time every timee. I just order a burrito with everything on it except for beans and they put beans like who is working there someone super lazy and needs to get fired.

there was a very nice dude behind the counter but i ordered a bowl with beef barbacoa lettuce cheese and black beans and he put like a half scoop of black beans and a super small amount of barbacoa and when i asked him to put a little more the girl that was next to him said it will be extra ! i have gone here before and it was great but today it was not good at all

Always been a huge fan of chipotle and working in the area this week so I’ve been dining in. The portions are beyond small. Service is decent, one of the cashiers w/ glasses always seems to be in a bad mood.

Worst location I've been to, by far. Won't let you drink tap water, very stingy with portions of 1/2 or more of their ingredients, wildly inconsistent, restaurant is often dirty, vinaigrette cups have even less than the already-small serving size I get at other locations. Steak is somehow always bad. I have, more than once, paid for double protein online and been given a single portion. A few employees there are very pleasant or at least polite. Most of them are rude or downright aggressive-- not only to customers, but to each other, in front of customers. Given how consistent chipotle restaurants usually are, it's almost unbelievable how poorly this one is managed. It's a shame, I was so excited for this location to open, and gave them the benefit of the doubt for many first months of being open. It was very hard to make me go back to Moe's, but they've managed it. Would NOT recommend. Try any of the local taquerias in town. Let me know when new management takes over.

Even at opening, their extra cost guacamole always looks like something scraped from a toilet. You can see the staff is terribly managed. This is the most fast-food like Chipotle I've ever been to.

Refused a water cup at this location. Ridiculous policy. Water is free at virtually every sitdown restaurant you would ever go to. Why do you have to pay 3-5 dollars at Chipotle?

Food was generously portioned and tasted right. No music in the dining room which would be fine but I don’t appreciate hearing staff members vulgar conversations the whole time im trying to eat.

I don’t even want to give them 1 star.
Third time I got food from this location and every time I got a teaspoon of meat lol my burrito was filled with sour cream and queso. No flavor in the rice or beans. Just save some money and go to Moe’s that’s like 7 minutes away.
