Squeaky door as soon as you enter. And they never ever have chicken, but there's no signs that say that, you have to wait in line to find out.

Ordered DoorDash pickup. They were out of chips but whatever. Order was made correctly. Chicken was a little cold but again, for being open for less than a month it was a good experience for what we paid. Will be back!

I love Chipotle and have to say I was so disappointed in this specific experience. They had no chicken and no fajita peppers and onions. The girl didn't even offer to get more. She just said sorry. The girl next in line was a miserable human for no reason. My boyfriend and I were unimpressed with her attitude and lack of toppings. If we were lucky she put a reason of each topping on. When my boyfriend asked for more she was rude and it showed in her body language and tone. They claim they had no dressings either............ The guy at the register was the only saving grace. ALL DINNING AREAS WERE FILTHY! A worker was on break and her boyfriend was there. His bowl looked like something you see in an and and no one else's did. Funny he had enough for 3 bowls in his bowl and between my bowl and my boyfriend burrito, we didn't even have a full bowls worth.

I know bad days happen but this was unreal. They were busy and many employees seemed bothered by it. No one came to clean off any tables and they were gross. I was excited to find a Chipolte close to my boyfriends house, but we will not be going back. He said he will drive backyard latham , NY for the Chipolte experience he had there. That was his first time eating at Chipolte and he thought that all of them would be on the same level. We were both wrong.

Do better!

id rather drive to manchester poor attempt at a chipotle especially for mansfield. Dirty and out of everything. For a store that just opened you make sure these things are taken care of.

I ordered a burrito bowl that was missing several items. I didn’t have guacamole, which costs extra. No cheese, and barely any rice when I asked for extra rice. Also missing 3 chip and Guac orders. Chipotle is my favorite food and this was just disappointing

The food is always very good a chipotle but the portion sizes are always a disappointment…

the new location in Mansfield has to be the worst I’ve seen of this too. I believe it’s no fault of the staff as they are probably forced to serve less by an incompetent management team that want to hit a certain sales quota. However, if I’m gonna be charged 15 dollars I expect to get more than a small spoonful of rice and beans. Just to be clear, I did politely ask the gentleman serving me to add more rice and beans and he in turned rolled his eyes and literally used the edge of his spoon to sprinkle I kid you not like 3 or 4 individual beans into the bowl. The fact that the staff gets so frustrated at you for simply asking for a little more made me very uncomfortable . This is all so unfortunate because I remember when chipotles would ALWAYS hook you up with the portions but now it’s all so stingy corporate greed controlling the company. Especially at this location in Mansfield

I place an order using the app to pick up in the drive thru, got my food and then asked me what kind of drink I want, "I order a Watermelon Limonade" Can you believe that the employee told me that he cant get me that drink because he has to walk to the lobby to get it and he has more orders to make!!! I ask to speak with the Manager and she also confirmed! She even said that If I want, I can park and go get the drink myself! Without knowing if I am disable, etc.. This is insane! I will call corporate and hope the General Manager put the manager in her place! Next time I will block the lane until my order is in full! Take this review as a warning.

Genuinely don't understand everyone's complaints here. Pretty outrageous. 1. The location literally JUST OPENED. Give them a little bit of grace maybe? Also, even with that being the case, everything was great!! Food was great, staff was kind, the manager was nice and informative and the atmosphere for the dine in experience was really good too!

Give this place a chance, don't let sour locals ruin it for ya, I'm a local too. Highly recommend. 10/10.

ordered food at 5:40, its currently 6:45 and im still waiting in the drive thru. Probably never coming back here again after this. Do yourself a favor and go to the Moes in downtown Willi if you want similar food and dont have 1 + hour to kill rotting in your car. I’m livid.
