I have always enjoyed going to Moe’s for a stack they are pretty good.
Today around 2:30 3:00pm I went into this location Moe’s for a stack. The first employee who made my stack was very polite, I asked him to change his gloves before making my food and he politely agreed, after making my food he placed it on the grill. The second employee on shift decided to help the first employee who made my stack by removing the stack from the grill and wrapping it in foil. When I asked him if he wrapped my food without a glove he stated he did not touch my food with his hand. I told him by health code he had to wear a glove when touching food that needs to be made, he stated he was the manager and that store is not a “white glove” store, so he did not need to wear gloves because it wasn’t mandatory. I asked him what restaurants have a sign that says “whit glove service” in reference to mandatory glove use for the health safety of others eating the food.
I told him he was wrong and that is a health issue due to the department of health. He still held firm to his beliefs, he then said I was banned from his store. Mind you not only is he not wearing a glove but his hand was powdery white the front of his shirt was powdery white as well his appearance was not in order at all.
By the time I go back to order from there he will more then likely not be working there seeings how the crew changes every month. I also will not be eating at Moe’s until the situation is resolved, I will not be eating food from a place that thinks they don’t require gloves to make your meal. Meaning everything from the rice, the chicken to the cheese or sauces has been touched with bare hands and no care to hygiene or health codes.
I hope the GM or DM looks into this as this is a health hazard to the people of Windham and the surrounding areas.

I asked for a discount after spending $40 on food even though they did not have any rice at all and was rudely denied a discount or anything at all for the inconvenience. And then asked for a tip ??. Also they put my food in a to go bad without asking if I was eating in or to go. Safe to say I’ll be going somewhere else for food next time ??

Do not order online. They gave me a half empty bowl and added pico when I wrote not to. I am allergic to tomatoes and when I asked them to remake it they said that they would not. Now I have a bowl that I cannot eat.

tacos were bomb but service was a nightmare. had to ask and remind employee multiple times for my order. i watched what looked like a young teenager come over and remove the queso bins while my food was being prepped; dripping hot water and whatever else all over my food. i’ll still come back but this was just hard to watch.

New people working everytime I go in, no tofu, and Moe's has recently downsized the portions without changing the price. The bowls are tiny and not enough food, they're about half the size they were before. I only ever went to Moe's because there's no chipotle close to me but I don't think I'll be returning. Multiple times I've been here and the rice had not been fully cooked. Also the soda machine is rarely refilled and most of the options are unavailable.

Chaos in here today. The printer isn’t working. The soda machine isn’t working. They tried charging me 3.50 for a water cup. The bowl was lacking meat because they ran out. No one listens and it’s new people every time.

Food was good. Restaurant was clean. Service was quick. Exactly like visiting a Moe's anywhere else, perfect example of of a local franchise being run properly and meeting the expectations that you have when visiting a big chain.

I am sad to write a bad review, as I’ve always had a great experience at this location. I often place an order before leaving work, as I work about 40 minutes away and it makes it easy to run in and out in case there is a long line. Today when I ordered on the app, it said my food would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I do this often, and sometimes my order sits for a little while, but that’s not a big deal to me. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have my order. I showed them my receipt, and they said that because my order was ready “so long ago” that it must’ve been picked up. I have a unique name and didn’t tell anyone I ordered, so I was confused. I kindly asked if they could remake my order. The woman argued with me, saying this was “her store” and it must’ve been my fault. It was jarring and hurtful to be treated that way unnecessarily. She finally remade my order, and I thanked her. I asked if there’s something I should do differently next time when ordering, and she rudely said, “YOU’RE ALL SET.” I am a teacher and I really look forward to my occasional Moe’s treat after a long day. I’ve also worked in customer service for years and know that it’s easier just to remake an order (especially a simple one - just a stack and queso!) than to argue. Mistakes happen. The fact of the matter was that I had my receipt proving that I ordered. I will never return. Hopefully they find a better way to train their employees.

Worst food I’ve ever had. I’ve worked plenty of food service jobs so I try to be forgiving but this chicken was burnt BLACK, worse than charcoal. Definitely not white meat chicken. It was indescribably burnt and tasted exactly how the grill cleaner we used at my old job (Mooyah) smelled. Nothing better than burnt chemical chicken!

So i ordered a Moe meat moe cheese bowl and got no meat... also took an extra 30 minutes after pick up time because they were a little busy, not as concerned for the longer wait but getting something i didnt order after an extra wait upsets me. Please read what youre making before you hand it to the customers. And just realizing now but $22 for a vegetarian bowl and drink... i dont think I'll be back
