didn't gave any meat when I asked about it they started saying a bunch of stuff and blaming me saying I took the meat off of it and yelling at me to get out. don't open their stores on buy one get one free days so you don't get a free burrito. didn't put free burrito in bag and then said no free burrito on bogo day.

Went in this evening to get a quick bowl, I was one of two people waiting, the other was waiting on a pickup order. We were both standing there for over 5 mins while the two employees working were in the back listening to music at a very high level. The pickup order guy just gave up on waiting, went behind the counter and grabbed his food ( literally could have been robbed and the workers wouldn’t have noticed) he said to the employees in the back there was someone waiting. The young lady walked to me with the biggest attitude, I said hell how are you and she legit ignored me and then said what do you want. Put so much queso in my bowl it’s beyond soupy it’s more of a dip than a bowl. And for almost $20 it was not worth it, especially for the attitude I had to deal with, even the scoops had an attitude to them. Really sad, I come here a lot, and spend good money here and it’s usually always a negative experience. Manager should really talk to employees about attitude and friendliness. It felt like she was mad at me for ordering food and giving business.

It's been very sad as a longtime Moe's customer to watch the steady decline of the restaurant over the years. The food is more expensive and the portions keep shrinking.

Everytime I go there, at least one of the salsas have a fermented sort of taste to them. And as a lactose intolerant person, there have been multiple times that I found cheese or other dairy in my online orders.
